      Well, these people who are supposed to "specialize" in Lobster and other seafood did me wrong, AND have not allowed my review on their site, which I find BAD PRACTICE I had bought a gift card previously in the amount of $200, for $170 during a special, and hung on to it for the right deal....So, being a crab leg lover, when they touted a "wild snow crab cluster" deal, I decided to go for it. "4 clusters, and 16 oz. pack of frozen crabmeat" $149.I order that, then they parade some other deals in front of you before you cash out, "2 cluster pack, $24.99, so I ordered 2 of those.comes to $212, total, I paid the additional $12 on my card.Box comes a few days later, I lay out what I recieved...and I'm like, " that's all that's in here?" 2 clear bags, each has supposedly 2 clusters inside, then two separate 8 oz. packs of frozen crabmeat.and, aside from the obvious missing additional clusters, several of the clusters were very little, broke up, actual legs missing from a few clusters, one was so small, never seen one that small, and all blackish, looked OLD.I immediately contacted them by email, which they "prefer".after explaining, the person say" ohh, new packer people, they must of got confused"??.really.and I complained about the poor quality of what I DID get, that didn't seem to matter...but he offered to ship out what was missing, but was reluctant to in concern I wouldn't like THAT either...I agreed, and said just refund it, and would be nice to get some compensation for the plans that were ruined not getting what I was supposed to.so they put the $50+ tax, and like $10 back on the gift card??...really? $10 ? and, still I paid the extra $12,on my card...I re contacted and said, "just refund it all back to my card, I'm done with GML...I checked my card later, I got back $60! they owed me about $53 for the missing product, so I got SEVEN dollars for this whole convenience..I go and submit a review on the site, AND THEY WONT POST IT! ****** LEARN !!
