On 04/02/2022, I purchased an ebike. A Specialized Vado. Cost $3500 approx.I was told that included in the purchase was a key to the battery compartment in which I could remove the battery for security.I have been asking for this key for 5+ months to no avail. The store, Gorham Bike and Ski, ***********************************************************. The store employees tell me the key is at the ************ store and they will get it.I hasn't happened and I am still waiting for the key.Business response

I apologize for the lack of communication. My name is **** and I will be handling this issue you from here to ensure that it is taken care of quickly. I have reached out to Specialized to get you a new key, this will be the fastest most accurate way. Once we have this one, we can mail you the new key asap.
