            Date of transaction 5/15/21 Amount of money paid business $22,393.67 Nature of dispute is repair done prior to selling truck was done poorly & incorrect. Business tried to resolve NO stated it was "our problem" *** poor quality repair done initially & stated to us it was done - caused problems & more with that truck. Truck advertised as certain mileage - yet owner drove truck and put ***** or so more miles! *** repair done was the same issue - resulting in poor workmanship. We feel any "reputable" company should be liable for workmanship & be held accountable making right to purchase. *** truck is all apart - waiting for parts/repair. We are seeking ALL costs in getting repair fixed correctly. Workmanship will NOT be done @ this business. Basically due to it done wrong initially (stated by another mechanic). Refund cost of parts/repair (#6 cylinder put in backwards) Shop performed incorrectly.

            Bay City Motors and its owner ***** are not to be trusted. After finding a vehicle online that we were interested in for our son who is going off to college, ***** told us to come to his new location in Auburn (an hour away from us) to take a look. Once we got to the location, the guy at the desk had no idea what we were talking about and of course ***** was not available to speak with. However, he did call and text ***** and was told he only had a different car in stock (not the car on the ******** listing) which he was fully aware that were interested in that specific car. His response via text to my husband after we had already driven the hour, was that he thought we were referencing a different ca. This was a blatant lie. My husband and ***** had texted all morning about that specific car. If you ever decide to take the risk and buy from this guy, I suggest you do your homework!!!!!!!!
