I purchased a ************************************ 2020. Since then I have had ongoing issues with the vehicle and have taken it to their garage several times to be fixed for the same thing. This has a wiring harness problem that controls the electronic breaking system of the vehicle. Most recently, as of last week I had my car in there for the 3rd time for the same issue. The gentlemen that work at their garage are rude, especially the shop Manager *** and the overall Manager *****. I took my car there as stated for it to be fixed and when I picked my car up was asked to sign a good faith testament since they replaced the wiring harness. I did and as I was leaving the service manager *** stated they found my rear shock had been broke through. I said thank you i will get that fixed and left. While cleaning my vehicle this weekend I noticed a box in my back seat that did not belong to me. I this box was a broken shock. It was not disclosed to me that the shock was removed if it would have been I would have asked it to be fixed, instead they let me drive my car around for 2 days with no rear shock. This is dangerous and when I contacted the dealership i was basically told too bad and I can have my car serviced elsewhere since I was having so many issues with the garage. See the attached documents, **** purchased this with Around 65 000 miles and has not paid for any repairs out of pocket at all ,we have spent over $1000 dollars to try to help this person out, because that is who we are . I have not personally spoke to this person that I can remember and as for my shop mgr. I don't ever have negative complaints about him as far as the shock it was broken off when it was in for repair and was going to cause extensive damage just hanging there so the tech removed it the rest of the way as it was just dangling there and she was told it was in need of repair and she said she would have someone else do it. I feel we have gone above and beyond for this person.
