I have been paying this business since 2019.Their phone number does not work and there is no other way to get a hold of them. I wanted to get my remaining balance and am unable to do so.Customer response

This company has been deducting ***** each month for over 2 years, they have no phone number, email to contact them, everything has been disconnected. I want my money refunded, from what I have found, this company doesnt exist anymore. Can you please see if I can contact someone or find out whats going on. Thank youCustomer response

I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS TO THIS COMPANY FOR A LOAN EACH MONTH. THE PAYMENT IS DEDUCTED FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ON THE 4TH WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH WHEN MY DISABILITY IS DIRECT DEPOSITED. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE REQUESTING THE DUE DATE BE CHANGED FROM THE 4TH WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH AS THE *** HAS NOW CHANGED MY DIRECT DEPOSIT TO THE 3RD OF EACH MONTH. I TRIED CALLING AS WELL. I CANNOT CONNECT TO THE WEBSITE AND I HAVE TRIED USING THE LINK FROM THE PERIODIC REMINDERS I RECEIVE (THEY SKIP SEVERAL MONTHS AT A TIME RATHER THEN THE MONTHLY REMINDERS I AM SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE) I ALSO TRIED TO ACCESS THEIR WEBSITE USING THE ONE HERE ON THE BBB WEBSITE AND USING DIFFERENT SEARCH ENGINES. I RECIEVE THIS ERROR: Not Found The requested URL /home was not found on this server. After several emails (I have attached copy) they still debited the funds on the date (9/22/21) that was changed which caused an overdraft on my checking account for $39.00 as well as another debit nsfBusiness response
