This company somehow sold their product to my aged brother who has some mental decision impairment. They also signed him up for a repeated monthly subscription that he was not aware of. It is impossible to reach this company to make any changes. There is no website, email, and the phone is always on hold. Do NOT do business with this company.

Tried OrthoNew Plus for pain relief on my upper arm and neck. It caused a burning sensation on my skin. Don't buy it.

This company charged my Dad $600.00 Hes 89 years old. He doesnt understand why when they said its a free trail for 30 days. Then he would pay if he liked it. They charge him the same day the said they wouldnt. And they put him on auto ship. So they could keep charging $600.00. I hope we can stop it. We are trying. This was for an herbal pain spray. This is a scam. Do not try this company. You will not get your money back.

This is a horrible company i ever delt with. They advertised as mirracle supplement and it advertised as $28 charge for six months on credit card withhold but it did not. It charged right away $87 to my credit card. When i call, she said forget it as if i did wrong. This is one of the ridiculous scam company!!!!!! We had to watch and stay out! When you suffer with a pain you are desperate and can be a easy victim. I willl report to better business and other federal agencies.*****************

Must be ******* with all companies they offer miracle reviews. One that caught my eye was from a 79 year old WWII Vet. He would have had to been 3 years old or less during the war???

I tried hyped product Restore-5. I used it for 60 days and kept a log of my symproms. Product did not work for me. I returned it for a full refund. I also sent a log of my usage of the product and my symptoms which was required to qualify for a $50 bonus the company for trying the product. The refund for $336 was posted to my credit card in a timely manner...12 days from mailing the returned product, and my usage log back to the company. However, I did not receive the promised $50 promotion for trying the product and keeping a log.I called today, 20 days after the card was refunded, to ask about the bonus. The customer service agent said the request for the $50 promotion is not in their hands. All requests are sent "up to corporate", but she said they have no way to contact corporate....strange.I then called the "customer engagement" phone number that was on original shipping statement. (BBB will not allow me to post the phone number in this review) I spoke with an agent, She verified receipt of the product, the refund to my credit card, and said my log was being reviewed. Told me to call back in a couple of weeks.I am not happy with the delay. If you make a promise, you should keep it in a timely fashion.

Horrible company to work with that preys upon the elderly population for expensive products. After calling upon my mother's death to return unused, unopened products that cost almost $48 each and do not expire until 4/2023, I was told sorry it's past the 90 return policy no exceptions. They would not forward to a supervisor. This company has poor customer service and return policies and do not take into circumstances such as death. Would never recommend this product to anyone. I wouldn't even give it one star.
