      After nearing 2 months, I might finally get my package tomorrow. I want to say how badly the drivers & THIS LOCATIONS negligence and ignorance has cost me close to 60 days for a package that was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days. A package that I mailed TO MYSELF- from ********* to **************. A package that the driver on 9/26 CLAIMS he attempted a delivery. My package DID NOT HAVE ANY SIGNATURE REQUEST ON IT. *** WILL DRIVE TO THE BUILDING, put package on stairs, and leave, IF SIGNATURE REQUIRED, packages get taken to this location and. A WHITE STICKY NOTE FORM IS POSTED ON YOUR DOOR.Since. I was not coming home until 8/27 - I had my roommate at the house the ENTIRE DAYwaiting for *** TO DROP IT .AT THIS POINT I WAS ONLY GOING BY WHAT * REMEMBERED BECAUSE THE PRINTER WAS DOWN- so the associate in ********* hand wrote the tracking number and WROTE IT DOWN WRONG. Either way- there was not a single *** truck tha drove down my road that day, not a single sticky note saying the driver tried to deliver it- but couldnt -/ STRANGE AS IT WAS NOT A SIGNED PACKAGE OR A CALL FROM THIS LOCATION- This location received my package THE 26th. IF A DRIVER STATES HE CANT DELIVER A PACKAGE; wouldnt you assume the store- where package being dropped off- TRIES TO LOOK UP INFO ATTACHED TO TRACKING NUMBER AND SEE CUSTOMERS INFO TO CONTACT ? Or TRY TO PHYSICALLY DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO THE STAIRS ?? NOPE. They sure did nothing. They waited. Until 9/16 and mailed my package back to *********. DID NOT CALL ME- leave notes saying anything. Nothing.Meanwhile I am calling ********* every day since 9/28 when I returned left over 34 messages - no return call. This location- has now cost me the expense of shipping my item A SECOND time. Which I will be seeking full responsibility for your negligence & a refund! Ill never do business with you or the company ever again! The way you treat customers & the fact you allow this behavior is beyond me!

      Not to mention- after I chatted with the agent about how I had already confirmed with the *** ********* Manager that she changed HER EMPLOYEES HUGE ERROR- sending my package to the completely WRONG address she led with well I cannot guarantee this will happen. The next day- it was scheduled to arrive at the wrong address but was still at the hub in *************. At 6 am *** tagged a note in the tracking number - delivery exception for this package there was a note also that said delivery address updated in system. The drive from mass you have to pass through south Portland- and drive an hour and a half further to Waterville. at 9:37am, my package is in Waterville. The notes, info, instructions completely disregarded by the driver; YET AGAIN, and now another day- yo wait. But I wont be here- because my life goes on even when *** tries to provide poor services, unresolved issues, and the feeling of complete disgust. The way I have been treated, and shook down for money is disgusting. I WOULD NEVER treat any of my Clients that way- and when working phone customer service- I solved customers problems at 100}% every day! This company does not do that- they simply do not care for the customers problems witb their flawed business structure. They should hold accountable these individuals who have created the entire problem - and formally Apologize . You guys got $50 out of me- and I expect - after this show of terrible service, hiding behind elusive tracking updates, and reps who CANNOT HELP- not sure why they are there to be honest- I expect a formal apology next to my refund. I trust youll do the right thing, as never in my life would I expect this mess up- consistently down the east coast.
