They denied my 10/100k warranty repair on a two year old car with 56k miles because I did my own oil changes. On top of that I had to call multiple times to get updates. Their service advisor, if you could call him that, was too busy or just didnt care enough to send a text to update me on the progress. They claim staff shortages but how long does it take to type a message to a customer that bought a new car from them two years ago that they couldnt drive due to a catastrophic failure of the manufacturer. I used to trust Honda as a reliable brand that you could take 200k+ miles with routine maintenance. Either that is no longer true or Berlin City Honda just doesnt care. They probably care more about their bottom line than taking care of customers.Review from Tamerlaine S

They wont even let me list my entire story here, but *** left a ****** review and a ******** review with photos. The customer service is awful, the leak private information, and if they dont want to deal with you they just wont. But theyre worried about reviews and will ask you to take them down and theyll fix the issue. Too bad it never gets fixed. Now my mother has a faulty dangerous car that she doesnt even like. I had an appointment with Berlin City to have an oil and filter change and rotate the tires. 2.5 hours later I asked why it was taking so long? The service rep. **** the car was ready to go, he was finishing up his paperwork. When I got there to pay he informed me that one of the cars front axles was leaking and it needed to be replaced, but they needed to order the parts. When I noted no oil on my driveway and no visible oil when I crawled under the vehicle I had a second garage inspect the front end of the car, not telling them about the problem. They found NOTHING wrong with the front end of the car.This is the second time they have told me that I needed repairs when none was needed!Im telling you about their practices, should I contact the management and inform them of that, in case they dont know what they are doing in the service department? Never mind, Im not the only one that has been charged for unnecessary work!

A car was listed on Car.com at their dealership for $25,960 and when I called it had jumped to $27,960. It seemed like the old bait and switch.Berlin City Honda of Portland Response
