            On 1/24/2022 I signed documents to lease a vehicle from a ***** ****** dealership, (MarcMotors). The vehicle was not available at time of lease. I have been back and forth with ****** *** and the dealership as to the whereabouts of vehicle. I have requested both parties about voiding lease and refunding my 1st months payment. Ive been told several times that the vehicle would be here soon. Specific dates 2/14/2022, afternoon of 2/18/2022 or morning of 2/19/2022. It is now 4:12pm, 2/22/2022 and no vehicle. My request to void transaction has had no response other than the salesperson is looking into it. I have spoken to ****** Finance this afternoon in hopes to get some kind of decision. I did notify them that I would not make a 2nd payment due tomorrow, 2/23/2022. I am reluctant to do this as it may affect my good credit rating

            A bunch of lies! There finance guy " ***** comes out of his office area and excitedly announced " I hot you approved but the bank would only Fiance with an extended warranty" . It turns out the bank didn't require any extended warranty at all! I reach out to ******* who deals with " contract cancelation " and got the process rolling for cancelation. Initially ******* was helpful but then goes full potato when I file a report to BBB and denys that ***** ever said that- except she wasn't involved whatsoever in the sale process and my eight year old daughter witnessed the whole thing. I wouldn't but from Marc ********************** again because they are dishonest scam artists! I'm happy with the truck just wish I bought it elsewhere. Still awaiting the refund for the ** warranty they sold me. 4600 for a warranty that would had been all but useless as the factory warranty covered 90% of the extended warranty period.. watch these scabs if you do business there!
