Earth Essence charged me ****** for a product I never reordered!And I never opened what it came in and I want to send it back and they wont refund my money for it!Customer response

So there is no receipt or nothing for a bill.And it was sent back unopened!

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
I sent the package unopened back
and contacted them and they refused to give a refund and stole my money!
I did not hear anything after that!

For over a year, our business, Greenhead Lobster, has been receiving numerous calls per month (or even per week) regarding Green Lobster, a CBD/gummies company, also located in *****. We (GreenHEAD Lobster) have been in business since 1997 buying the daily catch from local ********************************* and selling live and processed Maine lobster. Green Lobster is a CBD/gummies company that seems to inappropriately start order subscriptions for their customers, and then people want to cancel their order or subscription and can't find the correct number, so they end up calling us by mistake. We can't find the correct phone number for Green Lobster. It is a waste of our time and the name of their business is not good for our business' reputation.Initial Complaint

I returned $210.62 worth of cbd gummies to Green Otter on July 14, 2023 that I never opened. They received them a couple days later and I have yet to be refunded to my account ending in x0543.Ive called them several times and they at first said it takes 10 days. Now its been 15 days and no refund yet. Could you please look into this for me? We have read this customers complaint and we see that customer singed up for a subscription of 5 bottles for our best price. We have a 30 day money back guarantee and if they did not want the product we happily refund. My dad purchase green losbster cbd and was on autoship he had passed away and we had no access to the card he used and was charged. We sent the product back (which cost $10 to ship back ) was was told we would be refunded the money. We have not received any refund as of today and when i called they said if I had the tracking number they could help me which I dont because after I saw they received I misplaced itInitial Complaint

I ordered a bottle of CBD quit smoking gummies in June 21. I received the product and a charge to my **************** of ******. I them received another bottle that I did not order and another charge on 7/29/21 for ****** plus another charge of ***** on June 28 21 on my ****************. I called the company and got the return address and sent the products back. I was told that I would be credited on my ***************** I confirmed in many phone calls the product was received and was never given a credit on my *****************I have called alot. They say a Manager will get back to me but I never received a call.The phone reps confirmed many times that the product returned was received. Now in 3/22 and 4/22 they say a check was sent out in July 21. I told them over and over I never received a check and I never cashed a check. They say its very hard to back track the check. I told them any business has an outstanding check register for uncashed checks. They say a manager will call me and they never call.I asked last time I called on 4/8/22 if the uncashed check funds were sent to the state of Maine unclaimed funds. The person I was talking to was supposed to be a manager and he hung up on me. I had one rep tell me " even if a manager calls you back". Not one manager has called me back. I have called many times asking for my money back. They said they will not credit my **************** card even though they confirmed the returned product has been received by them. I emailed their customer service on 4/8/22 asking for my refund for the product returned.Customer response
