Very deceptive sales practices. Truck price changed by 7k the very next day after inquiring about the purchase online. ******** said it was the end of a nationwide promotion on Ram pickups. Contacted two other dealers and their prices remained 7k less with no such promotion. Cant in good faith shop at Marcs. Do not recommend to anyone.

Amazing customer service! **** and the sales team did for me more then I thought possible. I was looking to trade my truck in for a low cost used car and they listened to my needs and personnel and financial situation and did more for me then I could have imagined. I ended up trading in my 2019 RAM that I was upside down on and drove away with a new 2024 Altima that was below my planned monthly payment. I would recommend **** and the sales team to anyone looking for a new ride!

My wife has been eyeing a yellow jeep that has been sitting on the lawn by the road since around October. Yesterday she reached out to Marc Motors regarding her interest in the Jeep. The lady in the sales department told her that today was the last day of an end of year sale and that the sales managers were pulling deals from "left field to meet end of year goals." We scheduled an appointment with them and both of us left work early. When I arrived, I met with a sales guy (his name slips my memory) and he took my info, asked what my ideal payment would be and set us up for a test drive. He rode in the back seat during the test drive and told us where we were "allowed" to drive. I have never had a salesperson attend a test drive with me in the past EVER. It was strange and awkward. When we returned, he spoke with his sales manager and came back with a price. The price seemed to be higher than what the sticker was the day before when we looked at the Jeep with no salespeople around. The monthly payment was over double what I told him my top payment would be. I explained that I was not ok with the price and that we were told they were doing deals out of "left field" and this is not a deal. The salesperson kind of shrugged and offered no explanation. I stated that "I guess that's it and we will just leave". Zero effort from him to keep us on the hook or work with us at all. While sitting in the lot talking with my wife about our experience, we were approached by a different salesperson who started to make contact. I explained we were all set and had spoken with someone inside. The new salesperson seemed offended and off put by my answer and walked away with an attitude. Overall, I would recommend that no one EVER goes to Marc Motors for buying a vehicle. They will mislead you and then treat you like you would be privileged to buy from them.

We were on vacation in ***** and had just picked up our rental car in ******. We thought everything was checked out , it was a new ******* with ********** plates from the mileage we estimated it was a trip to ****** and dropped at Enterprise.Enroute to ***** we needed the windshield wipers, and they did not come !! The sprayer worked but no wipers to clean the window.My friend we were visiting took us to Marc Motors and after checking under the hood it was discovered the wipers were never connected!! ( I guess it never rained on their trip)We were so appreciative of Marc Motors for locating and fixing the problem. When we asked for the bill ***** was NO charge. We were shocked! We were treated as if we had always been a customer, and many thanks to **** and his wonderful staff.**** ******************************* ******, *******

I bought a 2022 Pathfinder from ******************* and I cant speak highly enough if the attention and service I received. An excellent experience.

I had a terrible experience, called before I drove 90 miles to look at a vehicle, told it was there and ready for me. Arrived and told it was under contract. Other buyer already through finance, no one notified me and held the vehicle first refusal for me. Shown other vehicles, liked one and wanted to tow something with it. They checked if they had anything I could tow. 2 people showed with stories and explanations that it would do the job. No option to tow. Was told it was the end of the month and would work with me on the price. I drove it and agreed to buy it, once I was in finance was told theres a recall and had to be dealt with. Explained it could be delivered the following day by noon. Called at 2:30 and no one knew anything, salesman was with another customer and would call back. 2 more calls, one to sales manager who could not help me different depts. Finally by 4 pm was called and told theres another recall and no definitive time for repair. Told me they would void the deal and send me a check. Here I wait and will call daily to ensure my money will be returned. I would not deal with this company, nervous about how long it will take to get my deposit back as I still need a vehicle.

After shopping many of the Big City Dealers, and being gouged with market adjustments , found this dealer just a short drive over the border to be friendly, respectful, professional, and honest. As ***** replied to my email about market adjustment pricing, we dont play those games. Happy new owner of a 2022 Sentra SV
