              On 3/4/22 Rama Oil delivered oil to my home. Two days prior, when I called, the price was $3.99 per gallon. After I got the receipt, I noticed I was charged $4.19 per gallon. It was an overcharge of $27.70 dollars. I called him 3 times, each time he stated he would call me right back. He didn't. When I finally got in touch, he became angry when I told he was ripping me off and will not back down until this issue was solved. All I wanted was the overcharge be credited on my next oil purchase. He stated he would send me a check for the overcharge. It's been 5 weeks, no check. He also stated he will never deliver oil to my home just because I stood up to him and refused to be ripped off.

              Three years ago I failed to be alert and was running low on fuel oil. My supplier only delivered on Mondays and special order pricing was through the roof. **** came promptly to my request with no questions asked. I have ordered all my home heating fuel from RAMA since then, for the last 3 years. They are reliable and I have enjoyed their lowest price.
