We had siding and other home improvements done by Quinns. The siding is defective and the quality of work is not acceptable. Neither Quinns or the siding manufacturer, Ply Gem Mastic in MO, is honoring the lifetime warranty of the siding. The siding has been changed once on three sides of our home after initial installation. They refused to replace all of our siding which has again faded and has white spots and discoloration on every side of the house. The siding was not even installed securely. The basement door they installed leaks, they didn't use rust proof nails and screws so the rust stains are running down the side of the house, none of their work was done with a level. The support on our upper deck is bowed and they wouldn't replace it.

To whom it may concern. Mastic plygem warrantteed mr ****** siding once and I changed the siding they warranted. When he called me with the problem of the siding fading again I told him we had to go through the process with plygem again to get the siding replaced. I told him to be patient and if they denied it to let me know and I would talk to the plygem sales representative about it. He wasnt patient and called plygem and got into a argument with a plygem representative and threatened to get a lawyer involved and that stopped all discussion with them. I told **************** I would replace the light block with the rusted screws when we changed the siding when plygem approved it and change the garage door trim also. I do my best to take care of every customer I work with. Thank you ******* Quinn

From the time we had our siding first installed and had the fading problem we could not get ***** to bring a representative to our home. The siding was installed in 2016. In all that time we were told the rep was either on vacation, was to busy, ***** hasn't seen him or able to get a hold of him. In 5 years? No representative came out once in that time or even called. We spent money not just on the materials and labor but also the cost of having to take pictures and shipping out samples of siding to them. My husband and I after five years and spending that kind of money and having it fail twice I believe have the right to have the warranty honored or to get legal representation. My husband didn't argue with them he firmly stated that if the warranty wasn't honored he would get a lawyer. I believe that dealing with a failed product on your home for five years and a representative never coming to our home getting legal representation was the only option we were left with. From the last time ***** was here till we filed a complaint with BBB was months in that time ***** never reached out to us to see if anything progressed with Ply Gem or not, never reached out to us at all. I think after dealing with all that I think most people would seek legal action. It wasn't just three sides of our home that was faded it was every side, along with spotting, leaking doors, support under deck wasn't supported properly, didn't use galvanized screws and there is rusting on the house, didn't line up the corners, the siding is crooked in many places, didn't use right size nails resulting in siding not being fastened properly at the bottom, etc. ***** did not reach out to us and work with us at all to get a representative to contact us, if he couldn't come out for any reason, even covid, he could have had someone call. ***** could have reached out to my phone number at any time to check in but didn't. He left our home giving us the impression of not coming back, having left pieces of siding off our home, and he broke our siding as he took the samples off. So now parts of our home are exposed to the weather. We have heard from places like Lowes that they have had many complaints of this particular siding failing. ***** has told us himself that particular siding was defective because it has done that on other buildings. Why would you continue to sell a product that was defective? ***** could reach out to my cell number at any time to try to rectify this but hasn't. We have asked to have all of our siding replaced with a different color but said they would charge us more. This siding has failed twice why would we want to put that same siding on a third time? We were patient for five years with a failing product and a representative never being brought out or having called.  They are selling a product they know fails. I think  five years is more than patient.
