I purchase a heating system ******* ********************** last year, It has not worked since they installed it.It s a propane and heat pump system. They have been out here numerous times. I am the only one in my area that has this system. I wanted something planet friendly. That is not what I've gotten, and they cannot get this system running. The York heat pump doesn't work. I was promised that if they could not fix it, to run off the heat pump, not solely propane, they would replace the system if it did not work when they came out on May 9th, 2023. They had a specialist from another company, *************** to help resolvedthe ongoing problem. The owner/manager Mark ********************** told me that the heat pump was working. Indeed, it was not. On May 12th, a tech ******* ********************** came out to change out my thermostat, as the other one wasn't efficient. He also changed out the the connectors on the side panel of my heat pump that was not running at all, after I was told it was, but may rattle because of the connector. ***** replaced the part, and stated the heat pump was still not working, and he would have to order another motherboard for the heat pump, after I was assured that this heat pump was working on Tuesday, May 9th. Obviously, it was not, since after the parts were changed out and the entire computer board needed to be replaced. Mark ********************** made a promise to change out this system, but told me it was running instead. He will not talk to me, nor return my calls after the promise to replace this defective system, that they did not have the expertise to install in the first place. I want this company to keep their promise, and I'm here without a functional heat pump for heat or A/C. I have tried to work with them for almost a year, with absolutely no results. It has been rewired several times, and still only runs on propane, which I was promised that propane would only be needed when it was too cold. I was promised large rebates on this system, and then told after installation there were none.
