**** provided contracted work for me this past July. I had a hybrid hot water heater installed and thus far have had no issues.I blown in insulation in my house and attic walls. *I made specific inquiries into potential condensation issues that might arise by putting the insulation in the attic walls and was assured proper vents would be installed and there would be appropriate venting to prevent any issues. What I didn't realize until sometime later was the fact I have no soffits and no roof vent, therefore the proper vents cannot vent. In contacting ************ he said it was my job to add those things yet he had assured me my attic would be properly vented. The quote says install proper vents and does not specify how they would vent but we discussed in length my concerns about ventilation and I was assured he had it under control. A heat pump was installed. I was assured the condenser was not on the front of my house but around the side so as to be hidden. It was placed right on the front of my house. Lastly, I have been having issues with the heat pump not working properly and also contacted him many times to figure out the problem as it is clearly an installation problem because it's been happening since the system first started heating. This is one of the things he said he would also look at on that day he did not show up. My heat pump is generally set at about 68. Randomly I have come home from work and found the house at ***** degrees. There have been other times I come home to a 89 degree house. And other days, like today the heat pump just chooses to shut itself off. I have dozens of texts messages with him. At least three to four times he said he would come get things straightened out in X day, each time he just didn't show up! I would contact again and each time he would eventually answer me and say he was coming and again not show up
