            Placed in February 2021 a reservation for our son for this summer camp week of August 16th-20th that we had to cancel. We called to request a cancellation mid July and asked for a refund - which was verbally acknowledged and approved by Mad Science staff over the phone as it met their policy for full refund($250). They said they had to mail the check as it had been to long since buying the reservation to do it back on the debit card. We called every other week then weekly as we were not receiving the check. The phone was either not answered or if it was staff said they would check on it and call back and never did. Sent email as well without response. It has now been at least 6 weeks since having the refund approved, and a week after the camp that was cancelled was scheduled and we still have not received the refund.
