We still do not have the storm door over this new door. Doors were paid for. His bills are not itemized. He is totally unorganized.Problems under deck caused additional work, and worker mistakes and errors caused even more.Inexperienced workers, possibly impaired workers, leaving job during day, not showing up half the time, constantly dealing with other customers at same time. One worker even showed up a couple of days and just took some stuff they had stored in our barn, to take to another job!The quality of work and supplies were poor in many spots. Error in paint color could have been rectified weeks earlier; we even tried to find replacement. He kept putting us off and not returning calls, his mailbox always full. Left air compressor running even though they were gone for hours. We were inside, thinking they were working several times, only to find them GONE. He threatened to leave because I got upset one day. Walk right off, told the guys, let's go, and leave us with half the deck gone!We had been so patient up until that point. As seniors, dealing with some health issues, our routines were erratically interrupted. Yes, you plan for noise, Yes, we knew! however, ONE worker actually had music blaring at my window. He was told NOT TO prior to that time. We have taken many pictures of before, during and present. During a stressful time, we took on the task of the home repairs since, for seniors in our area, it is almost impossible to find people to work for you. We live here year round and the last couple of years we have been waiting since everyone was always booked up. My last contact with him was to tell him anything else can wait, please do not come back. This was because **** and a worker disappeared in the middle of working on our deck. I finally reached END.
