            Terrible work. Simply the worst and most expensive house ruining I've ever seen. These guys did work on my parents house and questionable workmanship is an understatement. Most notable is the complete lack of flashing in crucial water intrusion areas, but also they did things like glueing on a granite backsplash backwards and upsidedown, baseboard trim work left unfinished, mangled baseboard heaters beyond repair and just left them, unfinished trim on interior of closets, installed interior door trim with huge (1"+) gaps in visible areas, installed exterior window trim with huge gaps against wall, and so many more unacceptable things like this.

            Firstly, anything to do with plumbing i.e backsplash, baseboard heaters or any other plumbing issue has nothing to do with American Dream Builders.  The customers/homeowners (********* and *******************************) hired and paid the plumber directly.  American Dream Builders did the first job for these customers in July 2020.  This was a several months long project and the customers were completely satisfied.  So satisfied that they rehired ADB for an even larger project on the same house in May of 2021.  Upon completion of the work in July of 2022- Our customer ******* stated to me ( owner)  "That overall, I am very happy with the work."  In short she appeared to be please and hugged me.
