i bought my first car from AJ AUTO SALES in ****************. on 5/14/24 ******* the owner neglected to inform me of the correct history of the vehicle and didnt disclose any of the problems or issues that was wrong with this car i do not feel comfortable paying for a car that had structural damage and more then twice!! also was involved in a flood but i was told it wasnt since the beginning he gave and informed me with false information this car isnt what i thought i was buying he promised me this car had a clean title and has been in no previous accidents or floods but, when i pulled the report everything was different he only paid ***** for the car and charged me 15 almost 16..i tried to have him just take the car back and give back the money to the bank but he neglects to do so i would like to just give him his car back and get my money back INCLUDING SALES TAX PAID, so i can go to a different dealer.i would like to also have no contact with this dealership what they did is very awful i want out of this car.. being in it scares me i brought it to a dealership and he said the history of the car makes it horrifying no one will even give me ***** for the car i would love nothing more but to get out of this.. the car already sometimes struggles to start and something seems horribly wrong they wont do anything for me so i was informed this is the best solution.i will provide the auction report and the stuff i was given when the car was bought. he lied and said none known but definitely knew about everything about the car when he bought it at the auction ive tried to reason with this person and try and just return the car and get my money back, but they will not do anything. This car is scary. I dont enjoy being in it. I was lied to about the history of the car. The only thing I was informed about was the dents under the car Anything more was never disclosed. I never knew about the airbags deploying or anything please help. thank you
