I purchased vehicle from Tucker ***** on 3/23/23. They told me I had a $2000.00 down payment which was paid in cash and I have the receipt. They are now telling me almost 60 days later I owe $900 more for the down payment and are refusing to give me my signed copies of the sales paperwork so I am unable to even register this vehicle. I was given 30 day plates 47 days ago. They kept saying they had mailed me the paperwork which was never received and now all of a sudden they are telling me that there was a mistake on my down payment and they are holding my paperwork until the get the $900 that has been added to my down payment AFTER signing the original paperwork.

*********************** purchased a vehicle from ** on 03/27/23. The co signer was *******************************

As shown on the invoice attached she owed ** $4995.00 for cash down. She did indeed give ** ******* The balance remaining was coming from an *** and Gap Cancellation on her trade. The *** cancellation was $2100 and the Gap cancellation was ******. That totals *******. We wrote off the difference that she would owe of $18.79. As shown in the letter from GM they issued her a check for $874.60 for her gap cancellation as well and are charging ** for this amount. We asked ******* to kindly submit the balance owed to **. We have emailed her copies of her paperwork and are more than happy to give it to her again but now we would like for her to pay ** first.

Approximately two months ago, I went to Tucker Chevrolet. At the time of my visit, I was was not feeling myself as I was under the care of a doctor for manic episodes I was going through. I had just been released from the hospital when I visited Tucker Chevrolet. When I went to Tucker, I was driving a 2019 Kia ******** with ****** miles and a new sticker. When I left Tucker, I was driving a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado with a sticker price of $****** plus change. I drove home and my girlfriend asked me how I got financed for the truck. I didn't have any idea how or what I was financed. I am now feeling better and know that I was taken when I purchased the vehicle. My girlfriend contacted the owner last week and spoke to Tucker. He said to bring the truck in and they would see what they could do to get me into something more affordable. I went to Tucker Chevrolet yesterday with my girlfriend who takes care of me. We asked for what I financed, the finance rate, and what they gave me for my vehicle. Apparently I financed $69,000 for this truck at ****% financing and they only gave me $13,000 for my car. My girlfriend talked to the sales manager who was less than agreeable to do anything and told us if I left the truck there it would be considered a repo. I am on social security and don't understand how this financing could have gone through. I would never have approved an interest rate of ****% when I have good credit. My credit union financed me for my ******** at 6.5%. I feel I was taken advantage of in this instance and would like a resolution.

**************** was a returning customer who came back and asked to trade. He seemed well mannered and asked to look at new trucks. He asked us to look into finance options, We discussed his options and then he agreed to them. He came back on at least one other occasion and expressed nothing but gratitude. We do not psychoanalyze customers, nor do we have training to identify manic episodes. If **************** decides not to pay then he would presumably acquire a repossession. **************** stated he received income from the VA, but we do not underwrite lending agreements. He is welcome to come retrieve his abandoned vehicle at anytime.

We purchased a brand new 2022 ***** Trailblazer with 4 miles on it and they ensured us putting a sunroof in would be no problem. We financed the sunroof as part of the purchase of the car. The sunroof installation ruined the headliner and it retains water and whistles. Tucker has told us that they cannot repair the damage that the company they choose has caused. They are claiming they want to undue the deal and are not going to give me the entire down payment back or the full price of the car. I purchased the car less than 90 days ago. I traded a car in and they used part of that as a down payment. I am unable to get a different vehicle because my credit has not rebounded from the new vehicle yet. I need the car repaired as I am now going to have keep the car. They are saying they cannot fix the car but I am afraid if I take possession back of the vehicle that it will leak in the future. If they had not ensured us the sunroof installation would be fine, then I would not have bought the car and would have found one with a factory sunroof. I want the interior of the car returned to the way it was when I gave it to them to get the sunroof installed. The sunroof installation company was Classic Soft Trim in **************.

I offered customer full refund of purchase price, additionally if she wanted her trade back for what I paid I was willing to do that as well. She declined both options. She said she was going to contact Classic Soft Trim who was the vendor we used for the sunroof.
