Issue with 2 of the bathroom fans that were installed during new construction of residency.Moved into home on August 31, 2022 and builder was paid in full on Oct 24, 2022. Both bathroom fans seemed to be running but still left excessive condensation where it was dripping down the walls. Condensation issue was brought to builders attention shortly after moving in and builder confirmed that it was not normal. Since first addressed, builder has sent someone to residency on multiple occasions to inspect fans, adjust duct work, and turn up fan power - none of which resolved the issue. Between each attempt, I have had nearly all phone calls unanswered, been told on multiple occations that someone would be coming to address the issue with no show or being informed by builder they could not make it, as well as weeks with no update to resolve the problem - only when reached out to by myself. Refer to included pictures for examples. Since brought to builders attention, this issue has now gone unresolved for nearly a year. It was last determined by builder's contractor that the fans were faulty and needed part replacements. I was last told on November 8, 2023 that an electrician would be installing parts on the week of November *****, 2023. Builder still has not responded when asked for specific date and time and said week has now passed. Electrician did not come during said week to replace parts, as told by builder.Customer response
