Went and looked at a 08 hummer h3 put the ******* down that hunter asked. Once I got the hummer almost home it died in the middle of the road completely shut off called hunter he told me to get it towed there for him to fix the issue.. we got the hummer jumped and drove it up there with a car behind it so we could continue to jump it. At this point he wanted me to continue to pay the price of the hummer every week even when he has it there and has to test every ground wire. So a few days later his wife called and said I can take the 2016 **** fusion home instead as the hummer needs a lot and he doesnt have time to do it. So we test drive the **** and it was okay for the few minutes we drove it.. get it home and I drive it to work the next day on my way home from work it sputters a check engine light comes on and it doesnt go over 25mph on the highway. I get off the highway pull into auto zone and it completely shuts off. They were able to pull the code and it is an emissions code. Meanwhile we have asked many time to just get the ******* back and he has his vehicles back and just end it he refuses to refund the money as he says thats not what banks do. He also wants me to pay to get it towed to him and pay him to repair the ****. He also has the paperwork and I am supposed to pick it up Friday he said he isnt going to do anything until that is paid. So at this point I just want to be refunded. He also stated that I broke the two vehicles and only had them both for less the 48 hours both are emissions related issues.Initial Complaint

On 12/27/2022 I had purchased a **** Acura MDX from this establishment for 3,184$. The vehicle was sold with an illegal sticker that we found out was scarped off a ************************************************************************************************************************** to drive it home across the street to my house. The establishment also failed to tell me that the car was a salvaged car during the sale. I filed a complaint with the *** and they opened an investigation. They also have evidence of the sale being illegal. I have asked for my money back from the owner in return of the vehicle and he has failed to do so. The *** and state troopers fail to help in any way if rectifying this situation. I am now forced to bring this to small claims court and will be suing for much more than the amount paid for the vehicle. This establishment should NOT be in business any longer and should be fined for every crime they have and do commit.Initial Complaint

Purchased an inspected vehicle from a dealer and found the inspection was fraudulent as well as the owner! The frame is damaged and was not disclosed, the inspection is illegal, the frame and body is rotted through in several areas preventing legal inspection as well as a bad ball joint, oil leaking on the exhaust manifold, etc. a legit inspection station scraped the sticker off and told me it was not safe to drive the owner agreed to give me money back but since he wrote a fraudulent purchase order showing a false purchase amount after giving me a legit receipt for my purchase showing the real price of $3,300 he tried to only give me $1200 because thats the fraudulent amount hes claiming for his illegal sales tax racket and income tax evasion scam! The vehicle was left with him 3 times to get it up to legal standards and they failed to do so now its been taken out of service and further more the dealer never gave me a title application so the deal wasnt even legit to begin with from any aspect of a legal stand point! This dealer needs to return my money immediately and take the dealer training course!
