      I bought a 2013 ***** Sonic from Central Maine Motors in Waterville. It did not have a valid inspection sticker despite being up for sale. They claimed it was an oversight.Since then it's been in their service center to fix the head gasket, and valve cover due to an oil leak. They also ********* o2 sensor. There were other issues brought to their attention but did not fix the said issues.I had to have another dealership fix the other o2 sensor and the catalytic converter. Because they didn't.I also had 2 other licensed mechanics fix the knock sensor, camshaft sensor and the thermostat.And just this past weekend, another licensed mechanic fixed the alternator, including the wiring harness attached to it because previously it was damaged without any knowledge of it. They also fixed the starter and crankshaft sensor. He warned me about another slow oil leak that was previously reported to Central Maine Motors and that I will have to replace the CV axles as well.Central Maine Motors was alerted to the fact that my child safety lock does not disengage and I asked each time it was there for them to fix it. It never was repaired. I am unable to open my back doors from the inside. And the passenger window malfunctions and won't roll up when this happens.

      I bought my ***** Cruze in 2016, brand new and have had to bring it back every year due to a leak in the air conditioner. They put freon in it the first few years and then the last year they replaced the compressor(every year they assure me the issue is resolved). Once again the air conditioner is not working. I bring it in and was told that I have to pay anywhere from $200 and up for a diagnostic test. *******************, the service department manager tells me that they won't cover the cost even though they didn't fix the issue the first, second, third year and then some. I am beyond disgusted that they sold me a lemon, never resolved the issue and now want to charge me for a service that should have been resolved on day one.I called corporate and was told that they spoke to a different manager named *** and he said the same thing,, they qant to do do diagnostic test and charge me. I informed her again that I shouldn't have to pay for what should have been fixed continuously over the past 6 years. She said they have no control over what the dealership does so I informed them that this loyal customer of over 20 years will no longer be a customer!

      I am disabled and also ended up with COVID during the 30 day warranty period. It was about ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** for most of the winter. When I did call the salesman, ***************, he was very defensive and told me there was absolutely no way they were doing anything to the vehicle at this point. From there it was a fiasco of me being sick and trying to get it back to them. I don't live far away and even asked the general manager if they could come get it so it would be guaranteed to be done and he immediately shot me down. I was told by him by email that I had to bring the 2016 ** Tiguan back to their dealership (which they don't sell *********** for all my warranty work. I called the warranty company and they assured me that this was not the case. When I confronted him on this he backpedaled and blamed it on the finance manager giving him the wrong information. Everything about this transaction since I bought the vehicle has been a nightmare. The brakes they put on are squeeking bad and they installed a windshield wiper wrong so it came off going down the road the first time I used my wipers. Luckily it didn't scratch the windshield. I have very little confidence in them even being able to take care of the brake noise so I will have to pay the ** dealership to look that over thoroughly.
