      Hi signed up for the tech repair plan in November of 2023. I had been sold a plan on false pretenses. I was told that this product covered repairs 100% for registered devices, this is not the case. I was also told when I signed up for the plan, cancel at anytime. I am being charged for something I never received information about via e-mail or writing of any sort. I tried to cancel the plan in January 2024 and then was charged after receiving confirmation my plan was cancelled. I not only was charged one, but was doubled charge. This also occurred in February 2024. When I contacted the owner regarding cancelling the plan I was notified that I had a requirement to stay with the plan and pay for 6months to a year. He was unsure of the time frame.This company now owes me $280 in a refund. Not to mention I had an overdraft fee back in April. I have tried to contact corporate, I have several voicemails and emailed corporate with no reply.

      This is in regards to complaints ********. We have worked with the customer over the last few weeks, it appears. So we are part of a franchise she signed up for a package through our headquarters called Tech Save, and it looks like it was what we ended up finding out through the research with them is she had signed up online and they thought it had not gone through, but then she had signed up with a representative in the store when she canceled, we were able to cancel the package that she did in the store. But the 1 online we did not have a record of and so she was being billed for that, but we worked with tech headquarters and they were actually able to credit it and cancel it.

      I took my computer into Techy in ********** ***** for repairs three weeks ago. I was told that it would take a week to fix as they had to order the part. After a week I called and was told I needed a new battery, I said ok they said this would take a few days. I called about a week later and was told no technician was on duty so the computer hadnt been touched. On Tuesday of this week I went in to check on the computer and was told it was ready. As the technician booted up the computer to ensure there were no issues all the files had been erased and they claimed the technician was not on duty and they would look into to the problem. Two days later and I havent heard a thing and they still have my computer, and when I contacted them I received no response regarding when I would get my computer back. I want my computer back along with the money we paid them to do nothing. The NO RESPONSE is a dead giveaway that they have screwed up the computer.
