I arrived at the restaurant and approx 7:15. The bartender ***** let us know she would be with us in a minute, 15 minutes later we asked again, and we finally received our drinks, At some point we asked for a menu, and she said yes, it will be just a minute. Waited a few more minutes, no menu and we were ready for another drink. We waited and waited but ***** was at the other end of the bar for over 15 minutes. Another waitress **** was waiting for her also and finally had to walk back and tell her. She came back with an attitude. Asked for the menu and ordered our food. Still waiting on a drink but she was busy talking to her friends about which bar to go to that night. Our meal finally comes. At this point she finally says I'll get that drink. I said no I am all set, I waited too long while she chatted with her friends. She then asks us if we needed a box. I said no, we had just started to eat. The next thing I know she is taking our plates, my husband got ready to say something and I said no. I said i was going to take it up with the manager. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to them, but they were not in. I was given Sues number who i am told is the manager. I have called her at the number they gave me ************, Which is the same number as the restaurant. I have also used the contact form on the website, still no answer. I want my money back as we did not even get to eat our food. I will never go back to this place, as they do not even have the curiosity to call back.
