Any questions or problems should be directed to the attention of Mr. Jalbert. Cancellations: 10 days prior to confirmed arrival date receive full refund less $10 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than ten days prior, every effort will be made to re-rent room. Customer will receive difference between deposit and re-rent or vacant cost less $10 cancellation fee.

              Myself and my mother checked into a the hotel which was not the same building it shows online, upon going into the room to set our belongings down on the table beside the bed and c*** roaches started crawling out. I tried to contact management through the number and got no answer. We were unable to sleep in the bed due to not being properly cleaned. In the morning I had brought the cockroaches id killed to the office manager, he told me prove it. I then said I'd taken pictures, he said he'd call management. I then said I needed to **************. He then refused to give me the container back of c*** roaches said he walked begind the building an threw it away which was a lie and told me to leave and management would call me, but that I needed to prove they come from the room and leave the property.

              They told us if smoke detectors go off or carbon monoxide detectors go off mto call front desk not 911. Now they are shut down and will probably lose lodging license.. new owners really sent this business downhill
