Myself and my mother checked into a the hotel which was not the same building it shows online, upon going into the room to set our belongings down on the table beside the bed and c*** roaches started crawling out. I tried to contact management through the number and got no answer. We were unable to sleep in the bed due to not being properly cleaned. In the morning I had brought the cockroaches id killed to the office manager, he told me prove it. I then said I'd taken pictures, he said he'd call management. I then said I needed to **************. He then refused to give me the container back of c*** roaches said he walked begind the building an threw it away which was a lie and told me to leave and management would call me, but that I needed to prove they come from the room and leave the property.Customer response

I made a reservation at the ******* , in ***** ***** it was for the night of the 17th and I would depart the following day. Unfortunately, I had to cancel, because my son got very sick, he has Hemophilia, a bleeding disorder. It was just going to be myself and my 14 year old son staying. He wanted to stay at the beach before school starts, well because of him being sick obviously we can't make it, so I asked them for a refund of the $244.47. They have told me twice now that they will call me back by certain times and they have not! I'm not just canceling for the heck of it, my son has a disorder that needs to be taken care of at home. I just want my money back, I'm a single mom, I just moved here to ***** and I don't have the money to just throw away. If you could help me out with this I would be so appreciative and extremely thankful. Thank you,*********************Business response

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.
I don't want a credit, I want my money back! You took it immediately from my credit card, so you should respect the fact that I canceled it the correct way and give me a refund. My son was sick from a bleeding disorder that he has and your going to argue this with me? It's not right nor is it fair. I'm associated with "Forbes Seafood" at the beach, just knowing your doing business this way is not a good impression whatsoever. I would like my card credited please!
