      My vehicle broke down March 13th. It was towed to row Auburn Hyundai, where I was told by ***** to give them time to get in touch with the warranty company after it was discovered, the engine needed to be replaced. We are now a month out from that and they have ceased all conmmmunication with me and I still do not have my vehicle back. The only option I have is to approach them face to face, which would require me to lose hours and pay at work, inside the office as well as report them here. I have texted ***** to no reply for a week and a half. I have called the company and when you dial for service it hangs up on you and when i reach operator i am told they left for the day and to leave a message not allowing mw to actually talk to anyone I am in hopes that someone will finally help me get my vehicle repaired and back to my personal belongings. I have two children to drive around for school and i work 35 minutes from home, without a vehicle I will not be able to work.

      Purchased a 2015 *** ******* a month ago and started having problems immediately. Called *** told them the code and this is before I was aware that courts already addressed these problems forcing *** to replace engines because of defects. I contacted them several times trying to get my car in as I can't drive my new used car because it's in limp mode. Now I find out that anything to do with check engine light coming on because of a p1326 code falls under the lifetime warranty they were forced to place on the engines in my ******* . They keep making excuses as to why they can't get it in and not setting up an appointment to fix the problem. On forums I'm seeing many people with the p1326 code problem being told same thing and being pushed out many months before they even look at their cars. Dealerships not making money on these repairs like they do on other repairs and they not scheduling them in. I can't even get a appointment all they say is they don't have any appointments available and hang up

      In May 2024 I purchased a 2018 **** Expedition. I had it serviced in July due to A/C issues. When it was serviced but also mentioned there was an issue with Auto/Start Stop that it would jam into first gear when it would re-engage. I was told by the servicer t to change my driving habits because they could not make it happen. It was filled with Transmission fluid.Back during December I noticed when it was shifting it would skip 2nd and 4th gear, which upon research found it was common with the 10-speed transmission to help with fuel efficiency. I was driving it home on February 20th and lost 1st-3rd gears, but was able to get it home. I took it in for service Feb 24 and was told I needed to overhaul the transmission. Transmission fluid was refilled again, and I was told to call **** Customer Support to see if there was anything **** could do to help due to there being recalls on certain 10-speed transmissions, even though my *** does not fall underneath the recall. When I called ****, the first time I was told there wasn't anything that could be done, but that I could file a ***** complaint, which I did. I followed that call up with another call to **** Customer Goodwill Support and was told by a supervisor that because I bought a used vehicle with over ******* miles I was at fault for the transmission issue. I explained that it was a **** Blue-certified vehicle so there shouldn't be a problem, but was told again it was my fault for buying a used vehicle with the higher mileage.I am very frustrated because I bought this vehicle in good faith from ****, thinking that it would be my trusted vehicle for the next several year, but now 10 months later I have to pay $6,500 for a transmission overhaule and **** won't do anything about it, even though they know they have these issues in certain transmissions, but mine does not qualify because it is not in the *** batch range.

      **** **** Westbrook intentionally damaged my transmission between Oct 9th and Oct 30th, 2024. They did so to prevent me from exercising my warranty rights under the State of Maine consumer protection law. They have failed to offer any truthful rebuttal of the facts of the case and have refused to have any meaningful discussion or effort to resolve the case. In my opinion this occurred because of a toxic environment created by the management and ownership of **** ****.

      well just in my own words i take the my car **** dealer in Auburn for an oil change on home way home i look at the sticker on my windshield and that check **** for my brakes needed attention i drove back there and asked why it wasn't in my paper work they told me to go to service and talk with some i did asked if my brakes were warrantee they said they would have to called ********** my car was there on November 22 with 9393 thousand miles on it with my brakes pad at 2 mm they told me they will get back InTouch with me so after thanksgiving i took it back the the original deal where i bought the car which is ***** ********** in ************* they told me my brakes are bad and ********** wont warrantee it and it might just be a faulty brake i get during production so i went out bought the parts for my car get it put on then 14 days later **** call asking to take picture of the brakes i told them that i got it put on so they say we are not responsible anymore because it was touch by a third party i explain that my brakes were bad like you guys stated and its my safety that comes first and i could not wait for ********** to get back to you i even shoed them how bad the brakes were buit they cant help me what can i do at 9393 miles on a 2024 car the brakes shouldn't be metal to metal or i dont know if i have to talk to ********** the manufacture

      I purchased a 2023 Kia ******* at *** Auburn in December 2023. The vehicle was leased brand new. After 7000 miles I had to replace two tires as I ran over 2 nails. When I took it to Town Fair Tire I was told since there was only 7000 miles on the vehicle, I could replace just the two tires as the others were not showing any wear. I then took the vehicle to **** service and shared the situation looking to verify that in fact I only needed to replace two instead of the 4. I questioned it because it is an all wheel drive vehicle. They looked at the tires and agreed because I was going with the same tires and the two others had no visible signs of wear. Fast forward to 11/7/2024. My vehicle was serviced for standard oil change and full works package. I received a call to pay for service over the phone and the women ******** ***** mention the now back tires having a tread depth of 4 on now the both back tires (original). and the front were now at 7. The mileage at this point was *****. This means a little over 7k miles and the now front tires are at a 7 and original tires are at 4. I explained this is unacceptable and was told I would hear from service manager to work something out. I never heard back. I have now called and left 3 additional messages for a call back and still have not heard anything. These tires are recommended to last 55,000-85,000 miles.

      I brought my ******* MKZ 2016 into **** **** on 11/04/24 with major issues. It was throwing 32 codes and the fuel pump was making noises. **** told me I needed to fix the stickerable items before the repaired my vehicle. After they replaced a rear strut and a battery they said it fixed all the issues u can come get ur car. I went to pick it up my vehicle on 11/11/24 get into my car and all the lights were still on nothing had been fixed. So I refused to take my car back. They had it until 11/15/24 they called again we fixed it u can come get it. So we did but not even 24 hrs later the service engine light is back on and my fuel pump is still making noises. So still having the same issues as when I brought it in on 11/04/24. I called to ask for a rental car and was told by the service manager that I need to pay $33 a day for a rental if I want one. He also said this is a new issue now and they are claiming I never had an issue with the fuel system. I have a receipt with it saying I mentioned the fuel *********** told me they were charging me $125 for the diagnostic of my fuel system. Which I paid for now he is claiming this is a new issue all together and that i never had an issue with my fuel system. I am very unhappy with how I've been treated by this company. I'd like this to be fixed or I would like my money refunded. Nothing I was charged for fixed my car. Now I need to spend even more to fix this same issue I brought it to them for! I'm not happy at all.

      I needed my car serviced due to a faulty AC compressor and upon going to have my winter tires put on we found that the skid plate on my vehicle was never put back on. I emailed the company with no response. I called the company and left a message with no response. I went there in person and was told that part would not need to be removed to change the compressor which is incorrect and they took my phone number and told me they would follow up and call me back and that never happened.

      Bought a 2024 santa fe and every since day 1 I have had issues with the side mirror warning coming on as you drive. I mentioned this to the sales person, his response was to drive it and it should go away. I took it into service many timesfirst time they could not see any codes so they reset the code capturer. Went back in again less then week with same issue. This time they saw the code and said parts needed to be ordered on 08.27.24 @ 1:38pm. The parts were going to be in 3 to 5 days. I have called the dealership multiple timesno one at service answers the phone instead it goes to voice mail. The service **** does not call back after a customer leaves a message. I was not getting anywhere, so I contacted the car manufacture for assistance. The women I have been working with is goodproblem is she is facing the same thing I am with no call backs. At first she said they are down staff and I said that is not an excuse to not respond. I asked this be jumped up to senior leadership and they are all at a regional meeting which in turn is delaying the response time. I have been more than patient, **** needs to fix it and stop wasting my time in calling many times with mo response from service department. If you are down help then service manager should be helping out. I am very concerned with this vehicle because of the issues I have experienced already. I can see this vehicle is going to cost me a lot of money after warranty runs out. I would welcome an exchange of vehiclesI am not confident that this is going to be the end of it. Then there is issues with bluelink the app constantly tells me that my car doors are unlocked. The sales person was like it is an app and you need to expect these problems. That is unacceptable why have an app if it is not reliable? The open case at Hyundai is ********.

      Took car to **** Hyundai for a repair 6/21/2024 on air condition not working. Was told take 4 hours. Didnt get car back for about 50 days. **** checked fuses and did other procedures to determine problem on why air conditioning would not work under the direction of Hyundai *** . Could not find causing of problem. Hyundai USA ultimately told **** Hyundai to install new air conditioner compressor as old one was damaged along with other procedures to determine cause of malfunction . **** Hyundai could not get the brand new compressor system to work. **** Hyundai was supposed to wait for Hyundai *** to tell how to proceed with the brand new compressor that would not work due to faulty codes. Instead **** Hyundai decided to take the previously determined broken compressor and install it without being told to by Hyundai ***. **** Hyundai didnt determine why the fuses blew or what ever caused the air conditioner to malfunction in the first place. I also have a s**** that was on the front floor that probably should be holding something together. I feel the problem never was fixed and whatever caused air conditioning to fail has not been remedied. My car car was taken apart as many as three times to find problem.
