On January 21, 2021, my wife ***** and I entered a contract with Pinnacle Home Builders, LLC of *******, ** (Principles ******************************* and ***************************) to build our home at ******************************************************. We agreed upon a fixed price amount of $455,000 which included a "Daikin ductless heat pumps for primary heat and A/C throughout house" at a price of "Additional cost for heat pumps being primary heat source: $16,000.00". Description and pricing are copied from the agreed upon specification sheet for our home. Our home was turned over to us on January 28, 2022 (original delivery date slipped from Oct 1, 2021, allegedly due to COVID and Subcontractor shortages). On that date *********************************** sat with us on the final walk through of the home and promised the heat pump systems would be complete no later than May 15, 2022. The bank handling the Construction Loan (RMS who transitioned to Guild Mortgage) closed out the Construction loan and paid them for the heat pumps. When we questioned the bank (*************************** at Guild Mortgage) he asked us to not ask for an adjustment to the payment schedule due to the loans being sealed for transition due to the merger from RMS to ***********************. He stated they would make good on the heat pump installation. May 15, 2022, came and went with no heat pumps delivered by Pinnacle Home Builders. On or about May 27, 2022, a ******************************* came to our home stating he was hired to install heat pumps by Pinnacle. After the walk through we did not hear back from him on a date for install. We called the bank again and they received a message from Pinnacle stating they would be in by June 15, 2022. This did not occur, and we have reached out to both the bank and Pinnacle on June 17, 2022, with no response. We reached out to Pinnacle on June 27, 2022, with no response. We reached out to the bank today July 11, 2022, with no response. We now feel we need an advocate to resolve our dispute with Pinnacle

The complaint was the material was left in his driveway, there was excess material from the roof that was put on a pallet neatly in his driveway. And I called the supplier a few times because they are responsible to come pick that up and they complained that they had a driver down and they could not get out there as quickly as I needed them to. At that point, I went personally down there and removed the extra material from the palette.
