My son found this truck online we went to look at it on 10/9 got a purchase order and called the bank on 10/10 got a bank check and went back to Dirigo that afternoon after work. My husband said he thought he felt something on the drive home (51 miles) on Friday 10/13 my son called saying he was hoping to make it to the local garage we use in Gray because the truck was acting up. The owner of the garage stated that he felt the transmission was going. Took it for a test drive said it was impossible to drive it in DRIVE so he put it in MANUAL that was the only way to drive it. He also stated that the transmission fluid has a burning smell. I called Dirigo after my son got home and took me strong the block so I could explain what it was doing. I stated that weve had the trick for three days and that I want a refund they can have their truck back!! **** is the one I was talking with and he refused to buy the truck back. After a lengthy conversation with my son and husband we decided to call them Saturday 10/14 to ask them to fix the truck! I spoke with **** this time and he was all about fixing it, I told him we would get it towed there to prevent any further damage! **** said they would diagnose the truck Monday 10/16. I called Monday about **** left a message, **** called back about 330 stating hes driven it about 30 miles and the truck has nothing wrong with it, that it didnt do anything that I stated other then one hitchso they put shimmy shake into the truck. We were advised to pick up the truck, within the miles of their lot the truck started doing exactly what it had done beforeCustomer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
Picked up the truck on 10/18 after Dirigo had the opportunity to fix the truck, they responded by phone on 10/16 that there was nothing wrong with the truck, within 3 miles of their garage the truck started acting up again. I have contacted the attorney generals office, BMV inspection unit and the state police inspection division who is inspecting the truck on thirst 11/9
