The worse contractor I dealt with: delaying things for months even thou promising that "I am coming by the end of month", a 2 weeks job took almost 10 weeks as once the work was started they were coming only 1-2 days per week, trying to get more money once work up started, and in top of that did not finish the work and left a mess behind! Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy!

The job they did was, to say the least, horrible and in no way met the expectations ****** left us to believe nor the time schedule for completion come anywhere close to what was indicated upon hiring Creation Landscaping. They had 15 months to complete the work that they were hired to do, primarily which was to do the landscaping of our front yard. We lived with ******** excuses of worker issues with Covid and the constant periods of weather, which may have been the case in **** but not the case in Princeton. Dealing with your work crews showing up at the property at 10:00 AM standing around doing nothing but dragging their feet for most of the time and then leaving at 2:00-2:30 PM. The many days where they went unsupervised because the owner of the Company would sometimes show up for a very short period of time and then leaving to who knows where for hours at a time, leaving the crews unsupervised/managed. On the last day, there was no reason for ****** and his one-man crew to leave when they did, leaving the yard in such a horrible condition. ****** had the drag rock rake there and did not use it, even when he had the piece of equipment there to drag it. They made no effort to place topsoil as was indicated they would be using and then either top seeding or hydroseeding, as we were told on numerous times they would be using. The yard cannot be mowed, if the grass even grows, with the amount of rock and stone remaining. My mowing contractor will not mow due to the potential for damaging his equipment from rocks and stones. There are mounds of dirt in many places that could have been raked out and leveled prior to seeding. Tools and treated lumber were left in the yard area for the entire winter, not covered. I am going to hire another contractor to complete what you failed to do. I would not recommend this Company to anyone; he talks the talk but does not walk the walk.
