Made a Purchase on their site. Site offered (30) day return policy. Reached out to them for a Return Authorization Number required to make a Return for a Refund. They replied offering a 50% credit if I keep the purchase. I refused and never heard from them again. I made several requests for a Return Authorization Number. I've read *** reviews since and this is 100% their pattern. Their clothes are NOT US sizes yet Chinese sizes with are too small. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR REFUND POLICY. Placed order for merchandise (8#'s 700X powder) on 11/3/202 on company's website. Was contacted by representative of business (*******************************) via texting requesting payment by *****. Paid via Zelle the same day, received notification payment was received (******). Subsequently looked at website which stated order on hold, don't know why? Have attempted to contact company several times by text, email (answered on time stating notification would be received upon shipping) and by phone (call unanswered) Either the company falsely sold something they didn't have in stock or I as the customer have been scammed; shipping a product, 'if in stock', could not take this long. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I do not know why you did not use the info I furnished interest original filing. THE COMPANY I did business with was Meridian firearms not the company you submitted the complaint too. It may be that you know more than I do, and the companies maybe one in the same. My next tact will be to submit a complaint to the *** for fraudulent business by holder of an FFL. Hopefully this will resolve my concern. Warn people of a scam perpetrated by Meridian Firearms.

I found online the store Dynastyfirearms.com I looked on the inventory, and I found an item of interest. I read the purchase process, and I left a message in the chat. Next day someone contacted me to follow up the chat, from *************************** I was invited the place the order, and then I will have to email, for instructions for the Zelle payment. I did place the order **** as 07.27.22, and emailed back for instructions for Zelle payment. Also I provided them the Cabelas store info , that was supposed to receive / deliver my item and process the **** I received the instruction to make payment to *********************** at *************************** so I did. One payment of $392, and I emailed them the payment(Citi/Zelle) receipt.I made one more Zelle payment of $30 for an additional item, they agreed to be shipped with the same shipment. I was informed that next day I will receive the tracking info. Today, I received one more email , from ************************** asking for an additional$150 for insurance. Here I realized that something is not OK. I asked them for clarifications, and I let them know that I am not going to pay an additional $150, as I was not informed before purchase. I asked them, for that reason, to cancel the tranzaction, and to Zelle, transfer back the money I paid. Also I informen that if they do not do that, I will start reporting the fraud to Citi (my Bank and my Zelle operator), to Zelle fraud, to BBB fraud and to FBI.So here I am reporting.Initial Complaint

4-18-22 I Cashapp 288 dollars toTacticalworld for sm Pistol and large rifle primers.After the fact tacticalworld said that they cant send product due to Covid-19. I asked for my money to be put back in my Cashapp account.They refused.They said I need to send them more money for delivery of product. Kept all text messages.Customer response

On March 22, 2022, I placed an order with this company in the amount of $252.99 which included the tax and $25 for flat rate shipping. The order shows as completed. Beginning on March 31 and continuing until April 5, I tried to contact them to get the shipping information and tracking number for this product. On April 5, someone finally responded stating that I must pay an additional $150, which is fully refundable, to cover the carrier's insurance to guarantee delivery. They also said that the product was not shipped, but they cannot give a refund because the order has been processed. They have refused to give their names, and refuse to honor their own terms.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. The last thing that I heard from them was a demand to pay additional money to pay for "Fully refundable insurance". They stated that this insurance was demanded by the shipping company and was to guarantee that the shipment would arrive.

What shipping agency are you speaking of? Where would you suggest that I send more money? If you have not processed this order, then you are holding my money and refusing to send the product. Cancel the order today and refund the money.

Sir your order has been registered your require to pay an insurance which is refundable"I had contacted them to inquire as to the tracking number and the method of shipping. After contacting them, they told me that the product was not shipped because of a refundable insurance requirement. I asked that the order be canceled. They refused, demanded that I pay a "refundable insurance", and said the the order had process.

I purchased some reloading supplies from tactical-world.net on 2/15/22 and transferred $258.75 via Zelle. Knowing I probably messed up and not receiving any confirmation emails, I tried to contact the company via online chat and email with no response. A quick online search on this company revealed that this website is a scam. They need to be shut down.Customer response

I submitted and order to tactical world for reloading supplies and made payment to them. They acknowledged receipt of payment. I was then informed by a different entity that I needed to pay an additional payment for shipping of $799 to have items shipped. No where was there any disclosure of additional money for shipping that was suppose to be free shipping. I made the additional payment and was told by tactical world that it was made to the wrong place. Then was told I needed to pay another $799 to this other place for shipping. I have not received the product and was repeatedly told to pay other shipping when I kindly asked for a full refund.Customer response

Placed an order for $285.22 with Zelle. Order #***** They took my money but never shipped the item ordered. This person needs his business closed and the owner sent to jail for fraud. ************************* the owner need to be arrested for fraud. His web page is Alpha Horizon Armory listed address is ************************************************************** The web page needs to shut down to stop him from stealing for more people.Customer response
