I ordered a fire hose belt from Ladder34 in November. When I received the item, it was the wrong size (their fault - they cut it wrong). I attempted many times to contact this company via email, txt message to their customer service phone number, and via Facebook and received NO acknowledgment at all. I finally put the belt back into the box that it came in, along with a copy of their original invoice in February. I have still received NO communications at all from this company I see online that they are still accepting new orders. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Review from Tina C

I ordered a belt and my boyfriend loved it, so I ordered another for Christmas. Supposedly, I was to get a free wallet by ordering a belt. When I checked out, I was charged for a wallet but no belt, despite it being in the cart. I sent an email and they sent me a belt, however, it was the wrong size. When I emailed, the person who emailed me back was slightly rude and implied "if" I got the wrong size I could return it. Went through the return process the first week of January. Nada. Sent an email on January 16, no response. Sent an email on January 27, no response. Sent a message on FB last night and got this: we are currently in the process of moving warehouses, unfortunately, I do not have the databases available to me to answer the emails or process returns. I will look into your order as soon as possible! 1. You've been moving your warehouse for over a month? 2. What does accessing your database have to do with moving your warehouse? I guess I should have read these reviews closer as they clearly have customer service issues and failure to follow through. I'll be going to my bank regarding the charge and hope another company provides a similar product, with better ethics.
