      I received the initial shipment of the free trash bags for life program and the company canceled my subscription without my permission, and refused to give me my money back. Or re-enroll me for free since had already paid the $106 for the initial charge. I signed up for the program back in January 2023 and I thought I had signed up for the 3 month delivery option. ( I had the 6 month option selected apparently ) And in order to switch to the 3 month option, they had to cancel my subscription and re-enroll me in the program for $106 (which I didn’t pay ) and I’m not signing up for the same subscription when I never gave them permission to cancel my subscription in the first place!! Under the assumption that I had signed up for the three month program, option I should’ve received my second shipment in march and I still haven’t received the second shipment.

      Thank you for your inquiry.  Please allow me to clarify, the subscription is not a one time fee.  To maintain a subscription there is a recurring fee.  You can receive items monthly or every 3 months every 6 months and so on but there is a fee every month.  Our records show you have been in contact with our support team on several occasions.  The confusion seems to be when you informed the team you only want the trash bags but that is not how subscriptions work.

      We're happy to enroll you in any subscription you want but there is a recurring fee.

      You need to tell people that there’s a re occurring fee to get the “free trash bags for life” which means you have to pay $106 every month , every 3 months, or every 6 months. Who can afford to do that ?

We do provide this information - see screen shot attached.  this information can be confirmed by going to our website: www.cleanomic.com and click on exclusive offers.  Select the trash bag bundle and read the find print.  Again, we're sorry that you did not realize you have to pay for your subscription to maintain free trash bags for life.  Our records show that you have been refunded.  Again we do apologize for any confusion that has occurred.

      On May 4, 2023 I ordered Cleanomic "environmental garbage bags" for $83.10 and when I received the invoice the cost was $110.10 which was not the same amount of my order; I quickly called back on teh same day and canceled the order, and ********* first said it was too late because she had just processed the order; I protested and she said she was escalating the issue, and I never heard from anyone. Four days later, a large packpage was left at my door and my Grandson bought it in the house; when I came home I saw the package and immediately took it back to the UPS Store on East 53rd Street on 51st and Hyde Park, and I advised the agent I wanted the packaged to be returned to sender, and she wrote "RTS" in large letters on the box and three it in the return bin. I placed an investigation with UPS to trace and recover the box. I am upset because I cancel the order on May 4, 2023 and 4 days later Cleonomic ignored the cancelation and sent the box any way.       You are correct, we cannot cancel orders once they have processed.  Also, as per our website you are at risk of a 50% refund if you do a RTS (return to sender) as there is no way for us to verify the returned package without an RMA number.  However, we will. make an exception and process your refund this week.  Please be sure to see our website for all of the details for returning orders on our website.  Our customer service team will send you an email with your refund confirmation within one business week if not sooner.  We're sorry that we were unable to meet your needs.  Our Clarifion products are amazing - please let us know should you want to purchase in the future and we will extend a 15% discount as a courtesy.

      On October 28, I placed an order by accident. Within two minutes, I tried to have the order cancelled. Was told there wasn't a way to cancel and that I'd have to wait to receive my order, then return it for a refund. I had to pay return shipping and apparently they have a 15% restocking fee. They received their product back on November 28. After numerous emails, I still have not received a refund.

      I placed an order with this company, Cleanomic (although I don't recall that was the name of the original advertisement and purchase), this year. The purchase was for laundry strips. My credit card is now charged multiple times each month, but I only receive the item occasionally. I cannot find how to cancel this, and, importantly, this is a complete scam. Others need to know not to purchase anything from this company. Thank you.

You also should have received an email where you were provided a link with a password to access your order in order to self manage your subscription, including cancelling it. This is outrageous. A subscription means that you pay a regular amount of money and, in turn, receive a product. I truly wanted this product.       I bought, what I thought was trial product back in August and suddenly I noticed, unknowingly, them taking money out of my twice now. I did not sign up for a subscription nor do I agree to any subscription with this company. I was only under the impression that I was buying a trial product. If I unknowingly subscribed then that means it was hidden from view. I can't even cancel my subscription because no one from that company is answering any of my phone calls or emails.

We do so in the support database that you were in email communication with the support team at 11:07am and 11:14am and 11:21am and we sent you a response at 1:47pm informing you that we have cancelled your monthly subscription. They finally called me back and said that they were only going to give me back 85% of my refund due to the fact their product was already shipped to me. Even though I do not want their product, I accepted their offer.
