So my bf and I purchased a car from them that my family described to me as predatory lending. My boyfriend and I are 20 and my boyfriend has autism. We giving what they said was a good deal on a Jeep and was told it was affordable but it is not. I had purchased a truck the previous week and it had not shown up on my credit report and that is how they pushed the sale for the Jeep through. They new I purchased a truck the previous week because not only did I tell them this I showed, I drove it to the place and showed the sales rep that sold us the Jeep. I was also sold a bunch of extras that everyone around me has described as a complete rip off. For example gap insurance of 995.00$ some kind of easy care contract for $2589.00 that we were told we would need. Windshield surface protection for 499$ that was sold to us saying it was not covered by insurance but they lied because it was. A limited warranty that we still don't understand and thought it came with the car but was pointed out to me that it cost 599.00 and a bunch of fees that were pushed through in a hurry because we looking at vehicles towards the end of the day. I still don't understand how a vehicle priced at 28,000 ended up costing 54015.00? I have no clue what happened. They just kept putting paper after paper in front of us. I would like to have all the extra stuff taken of the Jeep. We can not afford this vehicle and the other vehicle and should of not been able to even buy the Jeep. But they knew I had bought a truck the previous week and processed the paperwork anyway. That is not a fare business practice. There was so much confusion and myself and my boyfriend do not understand. we do not want the Jeep and it will most likely end up being taken away.Business response
