The below email was sent to Meyers at the email they have listed on their website on 3/26/23. No response. 3/30/23 resent email. No response. 3/31/23 Called and spoke with **** *****, general manager. He requested photos, which were texted over to him immediately. No response. 4/5 Texted **** *****. Asked him if he checked the pics. He claimed he had to show them to ****** in the shop. He said we would that week. No response. From what I can see online, **** ***** pretended to have no influence on resolution. **** ***** is the owner. We would like the owner informer. I am appalled that **** ***** does not back his product and obviously does not care about resolution because we one family and they have plenty other customers. Never mind that we are a middle class family who spent our savings to have something for our son to do during COVID that was safe. Mr. ***** should be ashamed of himself. He should not sleep well at night knowing how self-centered he is and how he takes advantage of the little people of the world. Due to lack of response and poor customer service, we are involving BBB. I will also file poor reviews on any sites I can find. History of issue: August 7, 2020, purchase of my Meyers SuperPro 16 2021 boat. Initial Email sent: Purchased at Beltzville Manor Marine in Lehighton, PA, during COVID for our son’s mental health. Thought we would have for generations. Immediately we saw where an aluminum rivet was missing. The problem was that it was under the seat so I wasn’t sure how to fix it. I purchased a FlexSeal patch, we put it on, and we put the boat in the water. It held for 4 hours. On 3/26, my brother-in-law, a mechanic, and I checked the boat and discovered multiple holes in the boat. Water was dripping from underneath at several different areas. The boat has been used a dozen times and I can’t even put it in water. It has so many leaks it might as well be a sieve. Would you want to put your children in this boat?Business response

I am rejecting this response because we have tried to speak with you multiple times and you don’t ever call back, so your message for us to call you is a joke. We have begun repairing the boat ourselves, so my son isn’t the one suffering for your lack of customer service. I would like reimbursement for our supplies and labor; that would be acceptable. I honestly don’t know how you run a business. You have total lack of regard for your customers that built your business by buying your boats. You have to live with yourself.
