***** and his crew did a fantastic job with our roof and we love how it turned out. They went above and beyond and removed some old satalites for us and a few other odds and ends. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day and were good at communicating with us throughout the job.

Worst company that Thistle ve ever dealt with!!! This company will take your money and won't delivered as promised. They don't update you on delays and won't even return your calls when you try to find out what's going on. They have had my deposit for SIX months. At this point, I have NO faith in their abilities.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. From the estimate by Jerome Sr, the follow up by Jerome Jr and Zachary the whole experience was easy and seamless. The roofing crew came in, I think under Zachary, and did the job in one day, tear off, repairs, installation and clean up. Then Miguel and Keegan came in and did the windows. They were friendly, polite and professional. Even when they found there was extra work that needs to be done on the windows, they completed it with no delays. Then we spoke with Andrea in the office to complete everything and even with the extra work they had to do the price was fair and reasonable. I will recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you so much for the great job.

We hired Brown & Sons Roofing to do a simple garage roof repair. They only had to repair 1 sheet of plywood, shingles, gutter, downspout and aluminum fascia. What was supposed to be a 1 day job, turned into a 3 day job. Was told it would be one day and would like payment when completed that day. Was told they would bring everything, garage has a black roof, they brought light grey shingles, my BIL was there and said it was ok to use the grey as he thought it would delay the job being completed, they continued, he had to leave for work. He came back a few hours later only to find they were gone and the job was not completed. I called them, informed the the job was not completed around 3pm on the 1st day, was told they would be back to finish before the end of the day. Stopped back by around 8pm, only to find no one showed up to finish. 2nd day they said they would be back to finish the job, so the BIL went back over to check on the job only to find the gutter was finally on but the cleanup was never done. They left the wood from the roof, shingles and gutter in a pile, so we did not pay yet, was part of the job. They were called and asked to please finish the job, just needed to do the cleanup and we would make a payment. So again my BIL drove over there a 3rd day (40 minute drive one way) to verify they did clean up. It was cleaned up and the company was paid. Moving forward 2 to 3 weeks (April 15th), big wind storm which then blew off the fascia board covering, it appears as if it was never nailed in. We called them to go back and fix this as it was their mistake on April 16th, again on the 18th and finally got a reply that they would be back right away to fix. As of April 23, the repair has not been done. We drove over 200+ miles to check on this. I definitely would not recommend using them, they sounded like a responsible company when I had them come out to quote but now I regret hiring them. Not sure how many calls we will make before they finally fix it.

I had a few roofing estimates and settled with Brown Sons to do the work. So glad I made the right choice. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Polite, easy to deal with. James was in charge of his crew and well respected by the workmen. Couldn't have gone better and the roof looks straight and fantastic! They get along so well and are very skilled. Still have not found a nail in any of my gardens. Fantastic clean up too!!
