      They have harassed me and wrongfully charged me for a garage door that I didnt damage and is now trying to make me pay those charges and legal fees, with no evidence whatsoever. Also has been to the property and attempted to go in without my permission. Thats illegal. I will *** if this does not stop. This business has bullied me for months and keeps charging me outrageous prices for things I am not responsible for. I used the property for my business office. They were constantly questioning me about vehicles I had by there from time to time as if Im not a growing business. Worst mistake *** ever made was renting from this company. I dont owe them a dime but they are trying to say that I do. I have proof of everything.

      Dear BBB
      We, Katlyn Property Management, have no idea why ******************** thinks we have harassed her.
      As far as the garage door is concerned she ( *******************) said that she has proof that she/employee did not do the damage to the garage door, but fails to provide this proof every time we ask. She (********************) has paid the fees for repairs for the garage door.
      No one has ever entered the property at ******************************************************** without  Ms. ********* permission and her being present. As she(********************) has changed the lock on the door and we have NO key, which is a lease violation. You instructed us Not to enter the property if you were not present, so we have respected your wishes and we dont enter, without your presence. You called the police, (on September 1, 2023, at 6:30 pm) stating you were not sure if you could get into the unit as they may have changed the lock and the police called KPM. You accused KPM of changing the lock. Maintenance told Officer ****** of ********************* that KPM had not changed the lock and that the tenant should try their key. Officer ***** came to the property at **************************************** office, Officer ***** informed KPM that Ms. ********* key worked just fine, and she had gained entrance to the property. ******************** has a key that opens the lock and KPM does Not. This concerns us at KPM that you 1) do not know who changed the lock on the property, 2) KPM did NOT changed the *******) you or another person that you have let into the property has changed the lock, and ******************** does have a key to gain entry. This is a topic that you refuse to acknowledge, in addition to your changing the lock we do NOT have a key or access to the property so in an emergency we have NO ability to enter the property, which is also a lease violation.

      We are unaware of bullying and we have no idea to what ******************** is referring to in regards to outrageous prices for things I am not responsible for. 
      As far as questioning ******************** regarding vehicles in her parking lot, on 2/25/2023, we saw an unidentified person entering her office space. There were people at the property outside of normal office hours. This made KPM a little suspicious. We attempted to knock on the door to see if the person in the office was welcome there or an intruder. ******************** came to the office, explained that there was someone in the office that worked for her. We asked if she would like to introduce us to them so that they would know who we were and we would know that who was in the office, ******************** declined. ******************** thanked us for our concern and told us she had other employees who would be at the office. 
      ******************** has a credit as of today, 9/18/2023, so KPM is unsure of what she is talking about regarding owing us money.

      I moved out and they put 915 dollars on my credit score and I paid all my bills and now there trying to mess up my credit she is very rude and racist I want them to remove this from my credit

      **************** vacated the property without a forwarding address. She had property damage at move out that she informed us of, we discuss the payment and she said she would pay it. We mailed out all the proper notices which were all returned to the office.  **************** never reached out to the office to make arrangements to pay this debt, so it was indeed sent to 3rd party collection agency. When **************** called yesterday 10/12/2022 i explained to her she would need to contact the credit agency to make arrangements to handle her account. There were never any racial comments, actions ever used towards **************** or any other resident.

        They put rent on my bill not no f****** window that I took pictures of they where rude as h*** I want them to take the payment down nothing was wrong and I also have video footage of yhe property

      This was all explained to **************** on the phone she would need to contact the 3rd party collection agency about how to remove this from her credit report .
