I needed tires for my truck, I priced them out. Decided to purchase tires at ******** Tire along with front end alignment. My regular mechanic had been been working on the truck said that it needed a tie rod end when he replaced a wheel bearing for me. He also had mentioned that sometime the rear brakes were going to need to be replaced, but would be good till spring. I dropped my truck off at ******** tire to get the alignment and new tires. Went in on 01-10-2022 to get my truck, was supposed to be done. was told that they had issues with trying to align it. They had replaced upper and lower ball joints, they did not install them properly, No grease zerts in the upper ball joints, the lower ball joints had zerts, but were not installed the right way so the zerts pointed to the axle. Could not get a grease gun on them to do periodic maintenance. They never replaced the inner tie rod end that my mechanic had told me about. How can you do a front end alignment with a bad tie rod end?? I did authorize them to put brakes on the rear, but I believe that they put more parts on than what was needed by replacing the calipers. Brakes were working properly when it was dropped off at their shop. Also the left front wheel bearing had to be replaced after I picked up the truck from their shop. My mechanic said that when they replaced the front end parts, the wheel bearings were not torqued down to specs. I have since talked to them once, they was going to fix their bad workmanship, but I DO NOT TRUST them to work on my truck. I have since got my truck repaired properly by my own mechanic at my expense. I wish to have a refund on my credit card for the front end work, alignment, and the brake work, because of their bad workmanship. The wheel bearing they messed up cost me $450.00 to get replaced. I will pay for the tires, that was the only thing they did correctly. I feel this is a very reasonable resolution to the problem ******** Tire caused.Business response

We have reached out multiple times to try to resolve this issue, with no response. The store manager has left voicemails, as well as speaking to a gentlemen in person that identified as the fianc. We do recognize that we had an issue on this vehicle with the workmanship of the mechanic, a issue that has since been resolved. We absolutely want nothing more than for this to be remedied. I just recently received a stop payment on the credit card transaction associated with this invoice. I really just need a return phone call to follow through. I want for the customer to be completely satisfied and that is all.
