What started out as a simple overheating issue has turned into a nightmare of lies and wasted time and money. I set an appointment for an oil change and to have an issue taken care of using my extended warranty. The radiator and thermostat was replaced and initially (week and a half) the problem resolved. Had to make another appointment for 2-3 weeks out (July 5th) for further evaluation. They called back the next business day and stated the head gasket was bad, ok. Initial timeframe was about a month for the part to come in, but they were able to get the part a few days later, but then it didn't come in, and that it should be in by the end of the day. I heard that 3 times. I then kept getting false promises of end of the day to get my vehicle back, only yo be told something went wrong with a machine or another part didn't come in. I get my car back and the problem persists, take it back, they claim they fixed it this time and even test drove it to confirm. Within 1 drive the check engine light was back on and the vehicle was overheating and now had shifting problems. Techs broke my center console drawer top and placed it back in the seat, never replaced the intake cover twice, claiming it wouldn't fit back on after the oem repairs were complete. It has been lie after lie, promise after promise with no results. I had initially paid a $200 deductible and have sense been covered because it still hasn't been fixed.Business response

***************** has a valid concern. His vehicle has been acting up and we are in contact with him. We ordered parts for his vehicle and Jeep sent ** the wrong parts twice. We had no reason to be in his armrest and are doubtful we damaged that. That said, we have the part on order for that. ****************** spoke with our service manager this morning and the shifting "problem" has resolved itself. We also are picking up his vehicle today and putting him in a loaner vehicle to get the other problem resolved. He has our service manager's cell phone number and they have been chatting and in contact. This will be resolved. Thank you.
