I contacted *************************, Superiour k9 xperience, on September 7 2022 to see about training my dog. We set a date for September 12 to come and look at my dog. He arrived and met the dog, we talked for a few minutes and he said he could train him. He said it was going to be $625 deposit. I paid him with a check. I decided to cancel the training and I contacted him on September 21 to tell him. I asked for my deposit back and he didn't respond until October 28, 2022. He decided the deposit was nonrefundable. He never said it was nonrefundable until then. My dogs training was not going to be until January 17, 2023 so we gave him plenty of notice, 4 months.
