I placed an order with these scammers and there is absolutely no response from the business as to where they are. Someone gave me a gift card for them and I also paid the rest money with my CC. I have sent multiple emails regarding the status of my order and these scammers just send you an automated message back immediately. They don't respond to emails, there is no way to email then without getting an automated response back. I placed this order in September, it's November and no response. I received a tracking information that the order was fullfilled and this is not true. When you click on that link it says **** has not received the package and are waiting for it This is a SCAM. BIG TIME and I want my money back. A gift card for these people is not honored and you get that amount stolen. So they stole the gift card money and my credit card money which I will try to put a complaint so I get my money back.These people don't exist and if they exist they're scammers.Do not buy from them. They won't respond to any of these complaints. They don't care as long as they got your money.I want My money back!! Thiefs and the person who gave me the gift card spent ACTUAL legit money on it that you stole. I don't need no new gift card to do this again and never getting My order and have to file another complaints cause of their SCAM Absolutely the worst. If you won't return the money, SEND the product ordered.Initial Complaint

I ordered two candles back in July and I have heard nothing from the seller despite sending emails on the status. it provides a tracking number but seems to be in limbo since October. This is beyond ridiculous. NO ONE has contacted me about this despite my attempts. I want a refund or at the very least file a formal complaint against Gay Guy Candle Company.Initial Complaint

I placed order # ***** on June 6th for 3 candles and was immediately charged $78.60. The status in my Account shows "Completed" and I have a tracking number, but when I click the tracking number I see the following message: "A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 2:18 PM on September 5, 2023 in *********, ** *****. **** does not have the package yet; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries."I've sent multiple emails to the That Gay Guy Candle company but have never received a non-canned response. I want my money back or the candles shipped no later than in 7 days!Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 2 candles on April 30. I was charged $56. They were a birthday gift for someone whose BD is June 6. Never got. I should have learned my ******* (On Black Friday 2022 I ordered candles for Christmas and got them in January. ) On June 29 I got an email the **** label was created. When you check the tracking # it still only says that. Its now August 11 and Im planning to visit the person theyre for on august 24th. I have sent numerous emails asking for my candies with zero response from them. I asked on ******** when I would get my candles snd the question was deleted. 4 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I want the candles or a refund.Initial Complaint

Placed order #***** on 5/1/23 (2 candles at $27 each = $54 for the candles, plus $9 shipping for an order total of $63). Received confirmation of order placement. After no updates on shipping after almost 2 months (company's website says to "allow up to four weeks for fulfillment"), emailed the company on 6/26/23 seeking an update on my order. I received a form "we've received your email" message in reply but never received an actual response to my email with an update. I finally received an "order being fulfilled" email on 7/6/23 with a tracking number. However, as of today (7/29/23), the tracking number still says merely that a shipping label was created, but the post office has yet to receive the package. I emailed the company again 10 days ago on 7/19/23 asking to receive a refund if they would be unable to get the package in the hands of the post office by the following Monday, 7/24/23. Again, I received a form "we've received your email" message in reply, but 10 days later have yet to receive an actual email response, my order of 2 candles, or my refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a candle to be shipped to my mother on November 9, 2022. I have sent four emails requesting an update on delivery. Each time I get a form email regarding how busy they are and orders placed before December 2 have been shipped. I can’t find a phone number for them so I again emailed and asked for an update or a refund. Well, still no reply or delivery and the year is closing out and they are now on vacation! The item is $29 Shipping is. 9 Total. $38Business response

******** *******the company is not being honest. Neither I nor my bank have heard from them. ADDITIONALLY THE SCREEN SHOTS THEY SENT YOU AREN'T EVEN REGARDING MY ORDER. I DRMAND A REFUND BOW ITS OVER TWO MONTHS WAITING.

I purchased 2 candles from this company on July 23, order # ***** (total $56). i purchased an additional 3 candles (total $116) order #***** I received an email in September stating that my first order was in "preshipping"- that a label had been made but it hadn't shipped yet. The order has still not shipped and it is now November 3. I have heard nothing at all about my second order other than it is promised that I will have that one before the holidays. I have emailed the company on 3 separate occasions to inquire about the orders- I have gotten no response. I have reached out on several different social media platforms and have gotten no response. I would either like the candles delivered asap- both orders- or I would like a full refund.
