      I have been a customer for over 2 years. This is a small business and they have always communicated with me when they have supply issues and shipping will be slow. I see a lot of complaints here about slow product turn around. I have always seen a banner on the web site when products will be delayed, and what to expect. It took a few months to get my order when the glass containers were stuck on a ship during all the global shipping issues. I knew it was delayed and the delay was communicated to me. I ruined one of my labels (dropped the candle in my bath), and they sent out a replacement label to replace my ruined one, no questions asked. I love the products this company makes and they have been very responsive. I recommend this company to friends and give these candles as gifts as they are so wonderful. Hand-made items can take time, and if you read the web site and send any questions to the owner, you will receive a timely reply. I wish more companies were as honest as this small business.

      I am a subscriber for the candle of the month and I get a candle delivered every month, on time, packed carefully (not one has arrived damaged). Every single one smells great! I use them as hostess gifts, etc and everyone loves them! My interactions with customer service are always met with open ears and prompt replies. Highly recommend!

      I ordered 2 candles on August 31, it is now December 1 and NOTHING. Getting the same runaround as everyone else. Shipping label printed? Probably not! I used to be happy to support this company.. not any longer.(One star is one too many!)

      I ordered three candles on August 31, 2023. I have never received them and much like the other reviews, when I email them, it shows a "shipping label" has been created but nothing else. They do not have a phone number on their website and when I contacted them on November 6, 2023, I told them I wanted a refund if I didn't receive my merchandise in 7 days. I still haven't received either merchandise or candles. I am disputing the charge with my bank.

      Took over 4 months to even get a shipping tracking number and its still pending from October. I ordered in July. Beyond ridiculous. No communication either when I asked where my order was. I will NEVER order from this company again. I was charged and nothing. Do better!!

      I placed an order for ~$81 on June 28, 2023. **** label created in September, but not shipped. The website order tracking says order fulfilled, but **** tracking confirms never shipped.Ive sent multiple inquiries regarding status and when they expect to ship, only ever got the autoreply. Have requested they cancel and provide a refund, but no response. Has this company gone out of business?

      Clearly I am not alone in my experience. I placed an order at the end of June 2023 for which my credit card was promptly charged +$100. 4 months later, still no candles. **** label was created early September, but no package has been provided to ship. Only autoreply emails to my multiple inquiries, and no response to my Instagram DM. Are we all just getting scammed now?

      Same as others here. Placed an order May 14. No product for MONTHS despite updates on social media indicating that my order should have shipped. On August 9, I received an email that my candle shipped (finally!). I waited until August 29, and there was never any record of package surrender to ****** just the label was printed. I sent an email and asked for an update and also informed them that I moved since May 14, so I needed to update my address. (Life happens during the intervening three months.) No response. Finally, disputed the original charge with my credit card after a few days. ONCE THE DISPUTE WAS FILED, THE CANDLE MAGICALLY SHIPPED. TGGCCo then responded to my dispute and said that the candle had shipped August 9. Listen - I am happy to pay for product I receive but (1) let's charge at time of shipment, not immediately, (2) let's be honest about when we are actually shipping and not just print labels 3 weeks in advance to fake some progress, and (3) let's be transparent with social media posts. Per SM, I should have received my candle about 6 weeks earlier than I did. I would love to continue supporting this company - great, fun product but lots of scheduling and production issues to resolve before I will place another order.

      Ordered a candle on May 24th as a graduation gift. Its now September 18th and still no candle. I emailed the company twice and got back the same auto reply as others have mentioned. I finally received an email on September 5th that my order was fulfilled and ready to be shipped. I keep checking the tracking number they sent me and it says the mailing label has been prepared but it says that **** has yet to receive the package. I really wanted to support this company but this is ridiculous. They offer seasonal scents but you would never be able to enjoy the scent during the season for which you ordered it for! Im so disappointed, especially since this was for a gift.
