              We were on a road trip and stopped to have our Acura MDX serviced at Fox Motors in *******************, ******** on November 9. In addition to replacing all fluids, including the engine coolant, they recommended we replace the brake pads and rotors, and we had that done. We continued on to ******* that evening. The next morning we were southbound on a regional highway when the engine quit. We were towed to the nearest Acura dealer, in **********. Their inspection showed extensive rust damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, and found that the clamp securing the hose to the radiator was severely rusted and had become dislodged. The engine lost all coolant and was damaged beyond repair. The video inspection of the vehicle by the dealer in ********** can be viewed at *********************.

              I took my 2015 Nissan Sentra to this place a total of 3 times for deceleration issues. They 1st time, they could not get a code reading on the vehicle, but instead recommended some maintenance work to be done totaling around $1300. I only agreed to get these things in hopes of solving the deceleration issue, but it didn't. 2nd time taking it back, they put a new software on the car that they didn't give me any print out for, however the car wasn't fixed. To this day, I don't know what type of software, they downloaded in my car. Before the 3rd time going back, I got Nissan corporate involved. The dealer kept my car for about a month without giving me updates. I had to call several times before they responded, saying that after speaking w/ Nissan, it was determined that my transmission was the issue, but on the report I asked for it looked like it passed the test. They want to charge about $5600. I want to escalate this, because I believe there should have been a recall on the Nissan 2015 transmission. I found several complaints. Nissan took $1400 and I don't have the problem resolved. I'm afraid that my car can stop anytime. A 2015 Nissan should not be having transmission issues so suddenly.
