      I bought a car from them in May and by July the engine was super hot all the time. I took it to a local mechanic and was told it needed a new Fan condenser because the one that was in it was damaged and the cooling fan was not running properly. Bought a new one and replaced the bad one, then by the end of August my check engine light came on and it stopped accelerating. Took it to the dealership in town as it can not go above 3rd gear and i live an hour from *** Arbor. The dealership ran a diagnostic test on it and was told that the number 4 cylinder has no compression and it will need a new engine. It costs over 9k to fix it. I called the Next Mile of *** Arbor ( where i purchased the car from) and no one answered. I found out they moved locations and cant help me. I was told i could bring the car into another LaFontaine dealership ( at least 30 mins way) and have them run a diagnostic test on the car to see if they could lower the cost of the repair.. Even though they know it has no compression in one cylinder. This car is trash and they are trying to cover it up, The 172 point inspection should have found the fan condenser if it was actually done, I also found duck tape under the right bumper that the sells manager never told me about. I will be retaining a lawyer for this matter as LaFontaine has no plans on fixing this.

      I had a very bad situation and ended up with a loan costing more than the car was worth. The dealer charged me more than the auto was worth by charging me with the cost of making the vehicle sellable after getting it at auction. they took advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income who was emotionally disraught at the time and not concentrating as I should. No dealer should be charging more than an auto is advertised and I was charged about $4,000 more than it was worth by Blue Book which I didn't realize until later. I sent a letter to the dealer and they didn't have the courtesy to ************ I'm stuck in a loan still owing more than the car is worth, about $7,000. I have no options and Although I work part-time to make the payments at age 76 years, I'm tired and don't have any options that I know of.

      ***************** service manager very unprofessional charged my debit card with out my approval and the next day charge it again I believe he was trying to be funny because i said i was going to leave a ****** review and asked was i threatening him Very unprofessional

      ************* authorized us to diagnosis his vehicle and authorized one day rental totaling $197.00 and gave us his Credit Card information on a signed authorization sheet. Once we had the vehicle diagnosed we called it into his Extended Warranty and the component that failed was not covered. ************* then returned to the Dealership and cancelled his Extended Warranty and told us that he wasn't going to pay his bill and was going to file Bankruptcy on the loan. I explained to ************** that filing bankruptcy doesn't hurt us it hurts his credit. ************** then stated he didn't care about his credit because its c*** anyways. ************* abandoned his vehicle at the Dealership so we ran his Credit Card for the unpaid fee's. The next morning ****************** ******** called in and said she wanted to take care of his bill because she's tired of getting his unpaid bills and she doesn't want this to hurt her credit. After we ran her credit card information we then ran a Credit back to ****************** credit card which was within a 15 hour window of the initial charge. We NEVER ran ***************** credit card twice for charges.

      How do I get in touch with ****? I recently bought a vehicle site unseen expecting the vehicle was properly inspected. The vehicle has 4 bad tires, a missing lug nut key so I can't even remove the tires to replace them and the audio head unit in the advertising images does not work correctly. I drove all the way from ****, ** four and a half hours to pick up an unsafe vehicle. I should have known what I was in for the moment my sales rep told me they actually lost the original keys to the vehicle and needed to order a new set. Now when I call or text I just get the run around or completely ignored. I'm sure **** would not be pleased with the way my sale went down. I did purchase on my own new matching tires for the rear only to discover the front tires are just as bad. The tires on the rear are 315/35ZR20 made by Lexani. I purchased the same brand new from one of the only places I could find them (Priority Tire). Not only is this appaling that I had to fork out money for new tires immediately after handing over a nice down payment and starting a new loan. I cannot even change these tires because you guys lost the lug key for the Gorilla Auto lug nuts. Here is the image of what was on the vehicle I had to drive 4.5 hours home on. I also added an image of the new Lexani tire for comparison. I have more images as well including the front tires. The weather is supposed to be great this weekend and I can't even drive my new purchase. Since I cannot post images here. I also posted it on ******** as well with attached images.       We addressed this issue with customer and assisted in covering the cost of the issues even though the claims were false.

      THEY SOLD ME A VEHICLE AS IS THAT HAD A SERIOUS MANUFACTURER DEFECT BUT DID NOT DISCLOSE GM WAS BEING SUED IN FEDERAL COURT ON THAT SAME ISSUE.
