As an out of state buyer I feel like I was taken advantage of in buying process. I drove 3 h 30 min to buy a car. It was pre owned 2016 Lexus GS 350. Car was presented to me with faulty tpms censor, even though I have made an appointment few days ahead. Service did not have a part for it to fix. Obviously I am determine to make a purchase since I am out of state, so I agreed on taking reimbursement. Thats fair. Next day when I came back to my home town, I made an appointment with my local Lexus dealership and mentioned something else to check. On the way back after I bought a car I was noticing louder noise coming from the back, louder then common tire noise. During test drive I had never noticed that and to remind everyone is winter and roads where in terrible conditions. Well, my local Lexus dealer said my rear wheel bearing and hub needs to be replaced, that adds $2400 dollars extra to my new purchase. I am Pretty upset to say at least since I spend a lot of money on down payment and even though I do understand I buy used car as it is with no warranty but where is that Lexus realibility ?!. Cant believe this car was out there for sale like that. Next day I received a follow up call from my sales representative. I told her about my troubles and rapairs, and After hearing me out, she stated that she will inform her manager about my situation and said I will be contacted by pre owned car manger shortly. No one called me back.Above , was my original feedback/review post purchase, since I post that online. Two days later, I was contacted back by GM ***************** who was extremely rude and short with me. He Would talk over me constantly and would not sympathize in any way in my situation. I was shocked by his approach. He was obviously upset by my ****** review. He end up a phone call with , send me an invoice of my repairs and I will contact you back with decision. It has been more then a week and he would not answer my emails or phone calls, simply ignoring me.
