The company quoted me a price for services. When I got the bill it was a completely different price. I have been communicating with them in good faith that they would charge the quoted *****. No one ever returns my calls or responds. I have spent hours emailing and working to clear up this issue. Now they sent my bill to collections and still havent responded. They are very unprofessional and I do not recommend this company at all.Initial Complaint

Working with CertaSite was easily one of the worst decisions I have ever made as a small business owner. Long story short we hired this company to do our sprinkler work when we expanded our business, they signed to complete in November and were not finished until April 29th. There were weeks we called every single day and no one would return our work. They would wait until Thursday and tell us they would be there to complete the work "first thing Monday" and so the cycle continued until the end of April. After costing me thousands of dollars they then sent us a **** for double the originally quoted price. If that werent bad enough when we attempted to converse with them about the **** to try to figure it out they ignored our calls, texts, and emails for six weeks. We spoke with the project manager, his boss, and the operations boss and all have ignored us until today. The end of June. In addition to doubling the price they charged us twice for a permit (a mistake costing 750$) and also left 1200$ worth of 20 foot pipe in our office and said "its yours now", which they also charged us for when nothing but a certasite work truck could fit that large of a pipe in. This company was the most costly mistake my business has ever experienced. They are an awful mistake.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
That is a complete lie, we began talks and signed our initial contract in NOVEMBER with the understanding that the work would be complete in December, the completion date kept getting pushed back on CertaSites end at which they dodged emails, calls, texts every single week; we talked to project managers, the project managers boss, the worksite coordinator, even the pipe fitter, they would wait until the end of the business week and promise the work would be completed the following week. We did this same pattern for MONTHS. We were told that because we were a small business, they had to cater to more high-profile companies before us, even though we signed first. **** told us that he got dropped a "mess in his lap" because the former project manager quit and we were at the bottom of the pile. They STILL have yet to return our calls to settle our final ****, my husband called, emailed, escalated and we still have yet to hear back from **** the project manager. They were supposed to come pick up the 1200$ worth of pipes they charged us for, didn't use, and left for us to take care of (they are 20 ft pipes we do not have the means to remove them safely), and this was over two months ago. The fact that you are completely lying and trying to pretend that this experience didn't happen speaks volumes to the type of company you run. I can provide call logs, emails, text reports to back up the fact that we were completely ignored and left to wait until the end of ********************* on your services not being complete under our signed contract until six months after the work was contracted to be complete. Your company has cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue for my mental health practice. Your reply is absolutely disgusting.
