      What a Joke this company is. I tried to purchase floor liners from this shady company. I was told that my order would ship out at the end of the day. That was over two weeks ago and every time I speak to customer service I get the same reply that someone from shipping management will call me and give me an answer about the shipment including tracking number. It never came. When I called and ask to speak the a manager I was told he would call me right back only to get an email stating that they were refunding my money. This took over two weeks to get a refund because they had no intentions of fulfilling my order. This company has a very poor rating and speaking from experience it does not care about its customers. They lie and mislead you just to get you off the phone and then hide behind emails rather than speak directly to you. BEWARE! if you're looking for a reputable company to do business with, This ain't it

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered two products to be eligible for a rebate. First product shipped with no sku, no response from them, it just came in a beat up cardboard box. After 4 weeks I got an email saying there was a delay and they're sorry I can cancel my remaining order items for a refund or they would ship when ready. I emailed a few says later to cancel, no response. I waited another few days, saw rebate window was running out, emailed again asking for refund, they sent me the tracking number from original item saying it was shipped, refused to respond when I called them out, then two weeks later the second item shows up at my house, with a diff tracking number, which shows it was only shipped 2 days before I received it. Item was damaged and I missed rebate window. Tried to return unused item multiple times, was ignored, asked to at least have rebate amount refunded, was ignored. Now, less than a week after the return window I get a response to the email out of the blue asking if I still had issues with my order, ignoring previous emails I had sent. I responded with my frustration and they said they were closing my support case because I was being disrespectful. Don't buy anything from this company, shady sales tactics, damaged products, and dishonest customer support is not ok.

      I bought seat covers from this company! I talked to one of the agents they have, and specifically told him multiple times I have adjustable head rest, built in seat belts, power seats and arm rest to get right covers. He ordered what I needed and they arrived with no arm rest. I tried getting my money back but they won't because they were custom ordered, but they are not custom ordered when it's not what I told the agent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. HORRIBLE!!

      Horribly service with replacement parts.I have called 4 times this week Speaking with4 different sales associates and each time I ask to speak with one of the associates that I spoke with before and they are never available.I need replacement brackets for side steps I purchased.I received brackets for a different year vehicle and it is like pulling teath to get them to help **** purchased a lot of merchandise from them in the past and planned on purchasing more, but after this experience I will be ordering from another supplier.Stay away from them.

      I ordered fender flares for my truck. Box was received in a torn up and re-taped condition. Parts were cracked, but usable. I emailed pictures of the box and broken pieces to realtruck.com and did not receive any response. If you are looking for a company with good customer support, this is not the company. Buyer beware!

      I order floor matts back in August of 2023; it is December 20, 2023 and I once again had to follow up on my order. After several email exchanges and promise dates I was informed today that Truck hero bought husky and is all messed up. They are not producing the brown color and are discontinuing the matts I ordered. No stinking communication and was told to expect my order in January. This is very bad business and screwed UP!!!

      If I could give a negative of 0 stars I would, I ordered front, rear and rear cargo floor liners through husky now truck hero back in August. Still have yet to receive the front mats. I have wasted probably 15-20hrs on hold and or calling in the last few months only to be told every time that I should get them the following month mid month. Just called today and exact same thing, I should get them in January. Well I ordered them in august to have them prior to winter so the stock floor mats and carpet don't get ruined by the salt and snow. Their customer service, product fulfillment and business is horrendous. If I would have known this would happen I would have gone with weathertech, by the way as I am typing this I am on hold and have been for an hour so far. At this point they should refund me the entire purchase and pay me for lost time. ********......

      Placed an order back in July, still waiting to receive an item that was "back ordered". Have continued to follow up and email. Early on, was able to get through to customer service just to have them continue to give me false ship dates. Now, when you try to call customer service, they don't answer the phone and trying to get an email response back is a joke. Didn't realize company is closed until seeing other complaints on BBB. Found out Real Truck acquired Husky Liners via Google, tried to contact them, but they couldn't find my order in their system so unable to help and directed me to call Husky Liners, who by the way, if you didn't catch it earlier, does not answer the phone! So they were no help what so ever. Buyer beware, DO NOT BUY anything from this company!!!!

      Ordered a set of floor mats on 8/12/23 was informed they would take 1-2 weeks to be made to order. On 9/05/23 I emailed customer service. I jokingly said I should file a BBB complaint because all of them magically were solved right away. The next day I was told my order was delayed until 9/20/23. So that day comes no order the phone number they have is not a working number at least no humans answer it. Sent an email. Then checked BBB and found out the company is closed. But here’s the kicker you can still place an order on the website. I did file a BBB complaint and am contacting the Attorney General’s office. Do not buy anything from these crooks.

      I made an order on 5/13/23 for X-act contour liners, inquired about the status of the shipment on 6/2/23 and have made attempts to directly call their number which immediately disconnects after multiple attempts. The liners that were purchased were indicated of having a 2-3 week wait period. As of now it is nearly 30 business days of complete radio silence from the company. Add to the fact that while waiting these liners have also been on discount the past 3 weeks is a slap in the face. I wouldn't even know how to cancel since you literally cannot reach them. If the company is severely understaffed or parts are back ordered, wait times or availability of a product should accurately be indicated on the website so a buyer may make an informed decision on where to spend their money.
