We broke down 2.5 hours from home- our tire came off and we needed bolts pounded out of the drum. I called these guys around 9:30pm and was told 1-2 hours before arrival. They finally made it by 12:30 am. New wheel and tire, new lugnuts and new hub was disgusted that it would be **** dollars per his verbal quote. But we were out of options and stranded. So we were just going to eat it. He did tell Me he would try to get the amount down- that it is super easy like making a pizza and not to worry. When his guy who did all the work, came to collect, he said *******. I flipped out. I threatened to call the cops because they said if we had any issues to call them. The owner changed his tune real quick and went back to the original ****.00. His invoice is below. Mind you I called at 9:30, but was charged a ****** surcharge for it being between **** am. ***** for gas when the shop was 12 minutes from where we were stranded. You can see the rest of the extortion in the pic. This man (*** the owner) is a *****. He will take full advantage of you if given the chance.
