Paid for two crowns that continually fail. I have been in the office mutliple times for them falling off and turning Grey in color with in the 2 year warranty for the crowns. Had plan to replace crowns along with old corwns so all were done at once and flush, like a reset with more structurly sound teeth. Made my appointment friday 5/3, on 4/30 the ofice manager calls and tell my I need to pay more and it will be another 1200.00$ as this is my fault and they have done me enough favors. I asked for a payment plan because I can not come up with that so soon, they refused. Upon further conversations trying to work it out I say I can pay half of that but shouldnt need to pay it anyway. Now, Office manager and owner refuse to replace the damaged crowns as their simple repairs within two years are still failing and the crowns are still failing off, requiring replacement that shouldve happened long ago. I have used a bite guard and the recommeded prescriptions with the crowns still failing. Manager aggressivly states this is my fault. I have documentation of these issues with in the warranty time frames. Manager (*********) states its my diet and weight or " Possible fractures" no proof of factures though and I am a very fit, and healthy young adult. I have had crowns in the past with zero problems, zero. The two this companty replaced has been a disaster along with treating me very poorly and accusing me of having a attitude when I'm frusterated I spent thosounds and my teeth continue to fall off. They said they will redo the teeth if I pay for all of them and sign a wavier to void any warranty along with going to another company for further dental work. This company also "mistakenly" sent me to collections, They did call and apologize but someone else's ******************* hit my credit. This is very traumatizing when your front teeth continuously fall out. I've had to stick up for myself and ask they do right by me. They refuse unless I pay again and dismissed me from practice.Business response

Re: 21653133-0808C
To Whom It May ************* am in receipt of the complaint from ************** regarding treatment and billing at our ****** office. We
are aware ************** feels she should continually get free treatment for her front teeth. However, we
only treated 2 of Ms ****** front teeth, not all the front teeth as she is claiming. A previous dentist had
treated the other front teeth, and we do not assume liability for another doctors treatment.
Before we complete treatment for any crown or veneer, we make sure the patient is satisfied and
approves of the look of their new teeth. ************** stated she was satisfied and gave us consent to
cement her teeth in April 2021. We did discuss that she needed a custom mouthguard and gave her an
estimate for this treatment. She declined this option. If she is using a mouthguard as she stated, she
received it from another office or is using an over the counter option. These can cause problems if not
properly fitted, such as dislodgement of crowns. In June of 2021, ************** stated she was not satisfied
with one of the two teeth we had treated, and we replaced that tooth at no additional cost to her.
************** did not return to our office until July 2022 to again complain about the look of her front teeth.
She was treated by another doctor, who addressed her concerns to her satisfaction at that time by
contouring the teeth as ************** directed. She was informed at this visit that if she wished to have the
teeth removed and replaced, she would have to pay a fee, approximately half the regular price. She
stated she was happy and did not wish to have this completed.
************** has not been to our office for any routine care since having her work completed. While we do
warranty our work, we do require patients to maintain regular care to keep their warranty. **************
neglected to maintain her appointments at our office. Furthermore, ************** continually expects
discounted or free treatment for work completed by other dentists or work she previously consented to
as satisfactory.
While it is unfortunate that ************** feels this way, we have been upfront about the cost associated
with the work she has requested. As she stated, she is telling us how much she is willing to pay and her
desire to make payments, which we do not have as an option in our offices. We have been upfront with
************** regarding our ability to help her achieve her desired results; and she is unwilling to accept the
terms associated with her desired treatment. A refund for work she approved of and had completed
three years ago is not an option we will consider.
Sincerely,
*************************, DMD***************. Sturgis, MI ***** ************** **********************************

I've been to this Dentist Since August I have been there so many times my temporary fell off a total of nine times. My original bridge fell off three times and broke on the fourth. I went to another dentist and they said that the teeth were not prepared properly, I needed a root canal on one because they ground it so low the second one was not grounded enough this was a horrible experience for me they told me that my original price was going to be $1700 which I paid out of cash then they came up and said I owe them more money after the process was done. This Dentist is horrible I have gone through pain from August 21 until March 22 because of their in proper procedures. All I want is my money back and I want them to take this **** off and quit lying and saying that I owe them more money they gave me an office observation and 2/16/22 bridge kept falling off so you're gonna charge me for your incompetency is it's unacceptable this office should not even be practicing dentistry the way they treated me and what's worse is that I heard five people in the last two times that I've been there saying that their bridge has fallen off to. I want my money back and I want this **** to go away I'm getting charge for some thing that is I don't even have anymore and first I'll say lied about how much I owe them to begin with I paid them in full what they said that it was and then they charge me more after the procedure which was an incorrect procedure and left me with dealing with pain from August to March please help me my new dentist his name is ************** and he will vouch for everything that I've had done because of this dentistry
